I get bubble tea here a few times a week and the boba is always fresh and bouncy. The new Vietnamese food is fantastic, I highly recommend the beef vermicelli or rice plate. Beware, the fish sauce is on the spicier side with chilies. The biggest issue I run into here is a language barrier.
