Completely lost me as a customer. I am easily a $200 a week paying on coffee for myself and people around me. I have complained to corporate about how shops have been watering down their coffee to the point it tastes like rusty water. To be told they will fix issues! It was better for a couple of weeks. Was in drive through fri the 19th to also get a attitude from the regular guy who does drive through when we were ordering and he kept talking over us to people around him. We could not understand if he was talking to us or not so when I said we are not done ordering he said hurry up. So I said maybe if you pay attention to me placing order it would go smoothly. By the way keg cold brew is low grade fake coffee. I know some of the heavenlys are doing You need to stand on your merits and go back to making cold brew the way you use to. My husband and I ordered bagels with cream cheese. I ordered extra cream cheese and he ordered regular. Mine came out with a small amount of cream cheese and his wasn't even enough to cover 1/3 of his bagel. He brought his back up and they told him they were only allowed to put 1 swipe of cream cheese on a bagel and he should order extra. When you are paying for a bagel with cream cheese, you should not have to pay extra for enough cream cheese to cover your bagel. It was ridiculous. read more

So many yummy choices and I noticed that the egg sandwiches are made to order with real fresh eggs! WHoo mind blowing, I know!! Happened to see the sign for Heavenly Donuts out of the corner of my eye on Thursday morning when we were driving by, I made the wife do a quick turn around and we stopped in. Masks are required to enter the building. It was just about 10am, still a pretty decent selection of donuts left to choose from. I got the jelly and the heavenly special. Out of the two, the Heavenly special was a home run, cream filled honey glazed amazing ness. The jelly donut was also really good, so fresh, but not quite enough jelly to make it amazing. I get it...they're understaffed (as said by their sign posted outside their shop), as everywhere is currently during this pandemic...but I'm not giving 2 stars because of the service. The gal that helped us was super nice and attentive. She served us with a smile and was very efficient. The reason for the low rating is due to the expensive super dry donuts! I'm not a jerk I gave them three stars for the concept. My wife woke up this morning and said I want fresh homemade donuts. I looked up on Google best donuts in NH and of course Dunkins is first on the list followed by Heav'nly Donuts so we drove down to Windham picked up two donuts each I had a cup of the driest coffee possible (I didn't know that was a thing) and my wife had a large Chai Ice Tea that was all mix and barely any milk. Love this place! mostly a drive thru customer here. My usual bacon egg cheese on an everything bagel with a warm drink! The bacon cannot be beat by any of their competitors and their service is great! Apple fritters are evil here but hard to resist! just came through the drive thru, we come 4 out of 5 days get 2 bagels with cream cheese and 2 drinks 13.00 plus tip every time. Today we received 1 bagel, my daughter went in to get the forgotten bagel, went to the left where the person making the food rudely said I cant help u when she said the issue he again said I DOT GIVE A FUCK go to the front i cant help you, she said you are the one that messed it up he said I DONT CARE..both his responses yelling at her. The staff was amazingly patient and helpful when I was indecisive and took a while to order. The donut I had was extremely fresh and delicious, and the muffins were perfectly moist and yummy too! The staff is ALWAYS friendly and polite, consistently no matter who I work with. I love the variety of options they offer and that their coffee is flavored in the grind itself instead of being pumped full of sugary syrupy crap like Dunks'. Drove by this place so went in to try their donuts and get my caffeine fix. No line at the counter so was able to place my order quickly - got myself a glazed donut and a cold brew. Glazed donut was amazingly light and fluffy just like Krispy Kreme and not heavy like DD's. I liked it a lot! I used to be able to stop here and get my order done quickly and correctly. However, over my last six visits they have yet to make my order correctly once. I order a bacon egg and cheese with extra crispy bacon on an English muffin every time I go there. In the last two weeks they have completely messed up the order twice - once got ham, once on a croissant - and not once in those 6 visits has the Bacon been cooked well done. This morning, after repeating my order twice to them, I had hopes they'd get it right. There were a lot of cream filled donuts it seemed and not that many varieties with other donuts. I expected some interesting flavors because they had so many different coffee flavored. Was so happy when this Heavn'ly opened! I live off of Route 111 and frequent Exit 3 for travel. When they first opened - it was a little rough. The staff had a hard time remembering orders, and they were very slow. NOW- I feel like they weeded out the bad seeds and have a good team working there. The donuts are so good, so fluffy, and the coffee is so hot and excellent. The service inside is quick and you can get in and out so quickly, it hardly pays to wait at the drive-thru, (which is also quick, too). And, the bonus of going in is that you get to see all that is offered, and even though you drive in with an idea, if you walk in you get to see and smell everything that is so good and so fresh! Food is good, but parking is horrendous. 10am, and the lot is still completely full. And the place is mostly one way so no circling the lot.

Usually have a great experience here, but this morning when I pulled up to the drive thru window the obviously miserable employee didn't even tell me what my total was for my order. She grabbed the money out of my hand and handed over my order without saying a word. I know it's early in the morning. I don't want to be up either. I'm always compelled to stop when I see a new Heav'nly. Always a nice selection of coffee and good prices. This was just okay. We had to repeat our coffee order several times (making me wonder if it'd come out correctly), and then the coffee was nothing great. In fact, it tasted like regular coffee but a bit more bitter. It's fine if you want a regular iced coffee not so much if you're expecting a fun flavor. The place was very busy with little parking so we opted for the drive-thru and weren't going to go back and complain.
