I thought again the problem was with that specific manager, but later on a new manager and broker came on board, and things improved for one month or two, just to get way worse right after that. I cannot advise you enough to run away from this company. Pick a cousin, sibling, or a Pakistani freelancer online to manage your property, and they will definitely do a better job than this company. For example, as per today's date, I am begging for them to send me one document (a lease), and they've been ignoring me for 4 months but still charging me (and sometimes double charging me a management fee).
