    Mango margarita

Jake's service was phenomenal! He made some AMAZING margaritas and was working so hard. I am definitely coming back only because of how great his service is. He made this experience a 10/10, amazing atmosphere. He deserves a raise!!

New taco spot with some great options! And they have Taco Tuesday & happy hour specials! Monday's-Thursday's 3PM-6PM Saturday & Sunday 11am-4pm $6 Margaritas $5 Drafts $3 Estrella Jalisco bottles $5 House Wines $2 Chips & Salsa $5 Empanadas (2) Available at bar only I went on a Tuesday & I'll be back. The Chips are salty, the guac is chunky & the salsa is dancing! I chose the 3 taco platter (chicken sofrito) & added my 5 toppings. Which were so hard to choose from but, I had to definitely go with cojita cheese & how often do you have pineapple mango salsa. Every time you come, you can have a different experience with all the options, I love it! I tried the Tequila Tini...hold on to your chair! It will make you think you can dance. If the music was a little louder, I just might have. The ambiance is casual & family friendly. I could see this becoming a nice mingling spot if they decide to stay open longer. With it's long bar & close seating, you'll make friends easily. The customer service was pretty well done. Especially for a new restaurant. All orders came out fast, correct, & hot. No billing mishaps & the waitress checkouts right at the table.

We stopped by for some Margaritas and apps for happy hour and Mateo's did not disappoint. Nice decor and the food was delicious. Waitress was excellent. Nice spot to stop on the airline trail if you are biking through East Hampton Center.

Excited to see a mexi-type place in the area. Good guac. Carnitas burrito was ginormous and tasty. A few good craft beers on tap. The spicy marg on their cocktail menu was tasty. Bartender was friendly. Will come back!

Goon City!! and proud of it!

Waitress was very friendly and efficient, but the food itself was mediocre at best. We tried it but will not be returning.

Still a 20 minute wait. They take your phone number & call when table is ready. And the wait was fine. Cotton Hollow perserve is across the street, so a short walk over there and back worked out a perfect way to pass the time. We were seated in the bar area - at a regular table. It was decorated in a fun way - fish artwork, a tv, natural wood. We didn't quite understand the surf board that hung over the bar though? My daughter & I started with a drink - I had mango pina colada, she had a drink with gin, cranberries. Both good. Food - exceeded my expectations. I had the enchilada duo. Chicken & beef. I usually like beef better, however I think the chicken was in a mole sauce - so delicious. Husband had 2 brisket tacos that he loved. Daughter had the rice bowl (with chicken). Decided to split the churros for dessert. Came with: ice cream, Carmel & chocolate sauce. Yes - we will be back. I saw a patio outside. Warmer weather is coming

First time was during Covid and they had a window they were doing takeout…read moreorders from and had a few picnic tables to eat at and to go margs you could have while waiting for your food. Biggest drawback here is they don't take reservations. Saturday night at 5 the wait was 1.5 hours. I knew that going here so we went across the street to cotton hollow kitchen for a drink and they call when your table is ready. They called after an hour and we walked back over. They sat us at a table outside under a tent. It was very hot and not sure what they do with the crowd when they have storms coming as it's a metal tent. Skies looked quite menacing but storm passed us thankfully. I have a bunch of dietary restrictions. Mostly allium so onions. Garlic. Also cabbage. Gluten free. They told me essentially everything on the menu has onion and garlic so it was extremely tough ordering. I was very excited to order the guacamole and they cannot make any substitutions as they make this in big batches so we couldn't get this. I found that a bit strange. Most Mexican restaurants make guacamole fresh to order. Our waitress was kind though and told me the enchilada duo could be made without the rice and beans as they have onions mixed in. Chef gave me fingerling potatoes instead. Dish comes with one chicken and one beef enchilada. Flavor was ok. Quite salty. Didn't love it. What did stand out was the Caesar salad. The dressing did have onions in it but my bf really wanted it so I had some. Flavor incredible. Forgot to take a picture of. He also had the tacos which looked good. He said the salmon was better than the carne asada tacos. I've had the tacos before when my restrictions weren't as bad. Wasn't overly impressed but wanted to give this place another shot. Tacos are quite large and should be as they are $8 each. For a beverage I had a spicy margarita with mango. It was ok. Is this place worth waiting an hour + for? I don't think so? It's not bad but I've been to places just as good that don't have quite the wait and can substitute a bit more and flavor is just as good if not better. I had a tough time finding things I could eat.

Man were WE pleasantly surprised!! Outside it doesn't have a standout look. Just a darkly painted house with a decent size parking lot. But once you step inside it actually catches you off guard a little! Modern decor, beautifully tiled floors, bright and fresh! We were seated quickly and everything on the menu said "order me!" I got an unsweetened tea that was brewed just right and fresh. I hate skunky tea! We ordered the birria quesadilla to share, my coworker wasn't familiar. One bite and he was HOOKED. The meat was soo flavorful and tender and the SAUCE! Rich, bursting with flavor. I ordered several of the tacos: the scallop, seared tuna, pork carnitas and the Baja fish. Again, flavortown! Fresh, citrusy, creamy, cooked just right and a hint of heat on all of them. My coworker got the beef bbq burrito. Man that thing was stuffed with a crispy shell. Full of meat, rice and beans. He got the red chile sauce on the side but after the birria he just used that b/c he couldn't get enough of it! I thought this place was phenomenal and I've been telling everybody to go!
