I have NEVER SEEN or heard of a LAW FIRM so incompetent or ridiculous in my 41 years on this earth…read more My daughter almost 2years ago gets mauled by a pitbull really badly the situation was terrible, she was at a friend's house and their dog decided to start biting her after she pet him while laying on the couch. With 4 people in the house an 18 year old girl is being mauled and all anyone does is yell "OMG HES GOING TO KILL HER!!!" Not get water to throw on the dog, hit the dog attempt to stop what's happening. Smh NEEDLESS to say this terrible traumatic situation has my daughter petrified of any dog now. This dogs attack was terrible stitches to her leg (looks like a mini shark bite meat hangin) arm stitches aswell and puncture wounds to the hand. (Thank God nothing to her face, dog bit a total of 3xs) So after all this and the neglect from the owners really had me on edge and wanted to get my daughter compensated for her terrible situation. I contact TONA LAW, I get the whole "we will do EVERYTHING for you bring this to an end and get your daughter compensated!" They send paper work over through e mail to fill out I'm like this is for a car accident claim. "Just fill it out along as we get all the info we can move foward" OK. For over a year of calling which they only replied back 3xs the only thing we received that showed any professionalism was a packet that had magnets and other things with their lawfirm on it. My daughters case was passed around their office to what I know of atleast 4 different people and just find out yesterday after this time of waiting their response is, "we have to refer you to another office cause of insurance problem!" My questions are "FOR INSURANCE PROBLEMS??? IT TOOK JUST SHY OF 2YEARS FOR HER CASE TO BE PASSED AROUND LIKE A HOT POTATO THEN TO JUST SAY, HERES MORGAN AND MORGAN WHO ALSO SAID SORRY CANT HELP. WHY COULDNT THIS BE DONE IN A MORE TIMELY FASHION AND KEEP US IN THE LOOP ON THIS AS IT WENT ON? NOT JUST DONT CONTACT US WAIT TILL WE CALL AND JUST SAY "SEE YEAH" . I VE SEEN MORE PROFFESIONALISM AT MCDONALDS. THANKS TONALAW YOU JUST ADDED TO A TERRIBLE SITUATION FOR A NOW 19 YEAR OLD GIRL, BE PROUD!!! SMH.​
