Then after getting the "replacement" hose (4days later) it AGAIN had holes and flooded their floors AGAIN. they're now not being guaranteed the issue will be resolved and are out $700. The people have also decided INSTEAD OF MAKING IT RIGHT, THEY BLOCKED HER. Definitely will be insisting she file a law suit. As you can see in the photos, MULTIPLE PEOPLE have been screwed over by this company. We were told that if we did not order by then we would not get the discount. So we ordered by the date, but our order was not put in until 8 days later. They still honored the discount, but I felt rushed to make a decision because of the "discount end date". The only day we went in there to look at things they turned the lights out and rushed us out because they were getting ready to close. The first time the cabinets were delivered one item was damaged and several were ordered in the wrong size. The new items came in January and these items were ordered in the wrong color. So now it will be March 2023 before our cabinets are installed...if they were ordered correctly. I've contacted Lumber King multiple times and they were no help. After they got my money they did not contact me back when I had questions or follow through on things they said they would do. I've also contacted the cabinet company Kraftmaid and they have not returned my call. I would recommend going somewhere else. Absolutely horrible experience.

We are not responsible for dirt removal. Never have. I've had bad reports through these message sites and wish the home owner would call before raising bad words of the business. I have since fired my contractors and have a well trained worker and crew doing our installs this year. Don't get me wrong. The installer used to work for us 7 years ago and has been putting in pools ever since. I believe this year will help our name out. I'm sorry for bad installs and other problems in the past.

A lot of the other places act like they could careless if you buy or not, but these folks actually want your business. They were helpful and answered all of our questions and knew their sheds. They had great selections, some of them repo's with good prices. They get 5 stars for great delivery. We needed a shed asap, and they delivered when possible. We went back and bought a worshop and they also delivered and set that one up within a reasonable time. I like that they have a maintenance warranty so if anything happens within a year, they will come out and fix it. So far, the sheds are workng out great. I may go back and buy a cabin from them and turn it into a guest house. They have several cabin models as well, covered carports and barns.
