Then it takes you until 9/9/24 (9 days/7 business days) to tell us updates will be SOON (vague) without any other information. This is what you call law practice? Then on the same day you sent us a bill to replenish the retainer!!?? Then the following day 9/11/24 you asked to schedule a meeting without saying for what and why? NO details to how far along are we with the draft? Isn't it vague to just say answer more questions without status update to how long are we with the draft? Then you dare to terminate the contract with us without explaining yourself or remedy the situation? You're not afraid that the customer wants to terminate you? To other potential clients, this is by far the most unprofessional law firm I've dealt with. I've seen lawyers draft up leases and insurance documents almost an inch thick and only take 3-5 business days.
