And some Christmas light clips we didn't even put up... mmk And those house checks they supposedly did when your house sits vacant... Apparently they didn't notice the lack of heat in the middle of winter because my house had no gas for 2 months before I noticed... Also, they don't run water like they informed me they do... because my water bill usage always said 0 gallons used... sooo who knows if they even check on your house.. Oh.. and if you plan on doing taxes and want the receipts for all those repairs they do... WELL... make sure you ask for them right after they are completed.. because you WONT be sent them automatically... Our house sold and tax season came and apparently they trashed the packet because the had sold.. they'll give you a total but no actual receipt for your tax records..
