My son who serves in the military was moved in recently and when he came with his wife to move his belongings in there were roaches everywhere, the walls were stained yellow and greasy in the kitchen area, the carpet is folded over and not installed correctly, the dishwasher still had old rotting food from the last tenant, the refrigerator has roaches inside as well. So my son reached out to Lisa who is the leasing agent for those apartments to try and get this resolved, but this being a Friday, Lisa doesn't believe any of these things warrant any attention until Monday. So my advice to anyone reading this is to go elsewhere, it's not worth the trouble

I'm sure they can't spell ethics nor do they uphold their responsibilities as Property Managers. They have disappointed me in every aspect and continuously made false statements and false promises. Maintenance repairs were made but notification and receipts were never provided without constancy my pressure. I found out of so called repairs from seeing money missing from rent paid and it was rarely on the same day of the month. I was once charged $62 and when I called to ask why money was missing was provided a hand written receipt with not company name no longer item cost just the words light bulb replaced and outlet cover and $62 written a receipt that appeared to be out of a book purchased from Wal-Mart. When I asked for a paid receipt and company name. I got he same receipt with paid hand written to me and no response as to who provided service. Leaving this company was the best thing I did for peace of mind. Please do t risk their service. They are the absolute worst and they have no qualms in knowing that.

When I get told there's a few minor repairs and end up with a $500 dollar bill it's ridiculous... I get it, little things at up but $15 to change 2AA batteries in a thermostat where they just pop in... And some Christmas light clips we didn't even put up... mmk And those house checks they supposedly did when your house sits vacant... Apparently they didn't notice the lack of heat in the middle of winter because my house had no gas for 2 months before I noticed... Also, they don't run water like they informed me they do... because my water bill usage always said 0 gallons used... sooo who knows if they even check on your house.. Oh.. and if you plan on doing taxes and want the receipts for all those repairs they do... WELL... make sure you ask for them right after they are completed.. because you WONT be sent them automatically... Our house sold and tax season came and apparently they trashed the packet because the had sold.. they'll give you a total but no actual receipt for your tax records.. We buy a house everywhere we PCS and rent them or sell them out when we we leave.. never had these issues. Definitely won't and don't recommend this company.
