The curriculum is age-appropriate and focuses a lot on social skills which is so important at the preschool level. In addition, the preschool provides many additional activities such as lunch bunch and enrichment programs. An extra bonus is curbside service. The wonderful teachers will take the children out of the car at the start of school and put them back in at the end of school. Parents never need to leave their cars! My daughter is very shy and was hesitant to start school. After one day at the Gingham Giraffe Preschool, she could not wait to go back! She loved it so much that we decided to send her an additional day. My husband and I truly feel blessed to have our daughter in such an amazing preschool! How sad and disappointing to hear that an individual who has never met you and knows nothing about you AND works for Bright Horizons FAMILY SOLUTIONS already had no intention of giving you a solution. Nonetheless, I gave her the benefit of the doubt , thanked her for meeting with me and explained the situation. Unfortunately, as expected Maura was of no help.Instead, she presented a very condescending attitude, smirked after every word/point I tried to make, constantly spoke over me and eventually told me that effective Monday (this conversation was yesterday, Thursday 01/23) my daughter would no longer be allowed in the center if tuition was not paid in full KNOWING that the meeting was about the error that someone on her team made with my tuition. I understand business is business and that just like all of us who have our children in child care, she has a job to follow. Making me waste my time meeting with her knowing she was not going to do anything to help me (keeping in mind she had already said this) , smirking and giggling when it was very evident that I was extremely upset about the situation , dismissing everything I had to say and taking 0 accountability as to how this has been going on for 3 months and she has once again done NOTHING to even try to help me hence why this is the first time I spoke to this individual in the 3 months this has been occurring is absolutely not part of the job she is expected to follow. I will never tell you to not bring your children here instead I would encourage it because again, the center, the staff, the love and care is amazing and truly what made me so sad to have to wake my child up from her nap to take her away from the place that she was so happy and thriving in all because Maura instead of saying "let's come up with a solution" or "let me try to see what I can do to help you" told me my child could not be at the center. However, I will say if you ever have an issue that for whatever reason cannot be solved through the center leadership team, let Maura be the last person you speak to. My experience with Bright Horizons has always been exceptional but it really upset me to see that someone like this represents a company that is so faithful to finding solutions for families.

Her excitement and passion were evident from the first meeting (and I should note, have not waivered since). After researching the school's philosophy and considering some of our own personal experiences with the Goddard franchise, we made our decision. While waiting for opening day our son attended a different preschool and as kids will do, he picked up some negative behaviors and began saying he did not like school or learning. This was obviously very upsetting for all of us. However, within just a few weeks at Goddard we noticed a huge difference in him. He now loves school and we no longer have morning struggles and tears. He runs into the classroom each morning with excitement. His teacher is absolutely amazing and having the owners onsite and involved makes a big difference as well. The school is clean and bright and welcoming.
