So lets start off with my first day. I walk in. Its is extremely classy. The place is huge in the inside, in contrast with what it looks like from the outside. The place is so professional and aesthetically pleasing may i say. There are beautiful lights and many people at the front desk to assist you. There is a vending machine conveniently located near the office. When i first went in, they asked me to fill out a form. Surprisingly, they serve lunch and transportation. And the lunch is high class lunch. It is completely kosher or halal i believe. They served nice FINE PIZZA, beautiful penne pasta, macaroni, and a bunch of other nice supplements. Now the teaching. In the beginning of the class you take a mock test. This is rather pleasing because it is exactly like the NYSAT tests but much harder. After that, you meet your teachers. They are not the bad high school student teachers that just want money. They are real life teachers. I know for a fact that there is one english teacher who is from england. he has the best experience and can teach English better than my english teacher. Then math. It took a little long to review but oh well...... The extra explanations are extremely helpful. Not only that, Mr. Mike, educated us on jokes and riddles and other useful information. He is forming us into well-minded students. Overall, the time there was perfect. But kinda too long. 10-4:30. But time flies when you learn at kent.

So this went on and I had to give them 3000 for no reason at all. Workers can blame me but after I don't show up for a month they didn't even THINK of calling to ask if they should cancel it? Even though I told them to cancel my classes. When i asked for the money back they refused even though I didn't take any classes, so essentially they stole from me. No emails, no calls, no warning that they took money from us every month. Teachers are worse than before, they don't teach very well.

She loved all the activities (STEM, robotics, academics including math, reading and writing). I also send them to Sylvan during the winter breaks as they are available for extended hours and have great activities for the children. Lisa and Wing are extremely dedicated owners that care about delivering proper education to their students. They are also very caring toward all the children and are so down-to-earth, always easy to talk to with any concerns or questions. I've been fortunate enough to prep with Advantage Testing tutors for the SAT I, SAT II, and the…read moreLSAT. They had a reputation for being the best of the best, and they delivered. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Going back to high school, I had a terrific experience working with Advantage on my college entrance exams. Even though I hated studying in school, I genuinely enjoyed working with AT's teachers. Aside from being gifted instructors, they are some of the friendliest people you'll meet, and they seem to genuinely care about their students. I remember they customized a study plan for me, focusing on the areas of the test that I needed to improve the most. Following their plan, and using the strategies I learned in class, I earned a 760 Verbal, 750 Math I, 790 Writing, and an 800 Math II, all a significant boost above my diagnostic scores (which I recall being in the low ~600 range). Years later, when I decided to pursue my dream of becoming a lawyer, and began looking for the right LSAT test prep service, turning to Advantage was a no-brainer. On my first LSAT practice test, I received a diagnostic evaluation in the 55th percentile. I knew that I would need a significant (aka Elle Woods-level) jump in my LSAT score to have a decent shot at the top schools. That's when Advantage came in. Studying with Advantage tutors, you learn to break down each section of the test into a set of consistent techniques, which you hone and solidify over repeated practice tests. After months of test prep, I took the LSAT and scored a 99th percentile on the official exam. Equipped with a great LSAT score, I was admitted to my top choice for law school, a feat that had seemed impossible only a few months prior. Now, as a practicing attorney looking back on it, I am certain I would not have been nearly as well prepared with any other test prep service. In sum, I don't think there is anyone as professional or effective as Advantage when it comes to the hard work of preparing for high-stakes entrance exams. I recommend them without hesitation.

Really awful. Do not use Princeton Review for your SAT/ACT prep. I took it at POB High school…read more The instructor came late to class, forgot materials and did not know the work. He was really not qualified to teach. He mispronounced vocabulary words and repeated that "you should skip a question if you are not sure". The "guarantee" is garbage. You can get your money back if you get less than 200 pts more on your test than on your initial practice. You get 200 points by just practicing at home. It is nothing. Also we were supposed to take 4 practice tests for the guarantee, but the teacher did the 4th one in class and did not submit it! So the guarantee was void! They offered me their online review, but you can get a better one free thru the POB Library website. Instead of paying $1400 for their crummy course, hire a great tutor for $100 a session and it will be better. That is what my parents had to do. Now I feel prepared. Do not use Princeton Review for the SAT!
