When we got there, Daniel greeted us, and we did both the assessment and planning appointments ( he had us waiting 10 minutes past our appointment time for the planning appointment) with him. We later found out that it wasn't $300-$400 a month for 4 hours a week, but rather $360 a month for 12 months, covering 96 hours, and they run a hard credit check. This means she would be getting 6 months of tutoring for basically $360 bi-weekly, which felt misleading. I'd rather go to a tutoring place that doesn't do a hard credit check and is upfront with their prices. Additionally, Daniel was rude when I tried to discuss my daughter's needs; he would cut me off and talk about himself not even addressing or acknowledging what I just mentioned about my daughter.

With what she learned over the summer through this program and the assistance/coaching she is getting through Chandler Prep special services, she is a much more independent learner. Report cards came out today and she received 3 A's and 2 B+'s. This is extraordinary!
