They were professional and were able to teach my 17 year old daughter well enough to have her obtain her driver's license on her 1st attempt. Although they had a lesson plan for her, they worked with my requests for specific lessons (like driving on the highway, traffic circles). They were quick to respond to my request for lessons, sent out lesson reminders, worked with my schedule and were very willing to meet me at locations more convenient for us. One more thing - she passed with perfect score! (And she was almost crying afterwards thinking she had failed!) Highly recommended. Lessons are not cheap but they were worth every dollar!

While I was among the younger ones of my cohort, I was able to learn so much from my peers as well as the professors that were in our two year line up. This program is definitely set up in a way where you get out what you put into it. I was able to walk away feeling more confident in my business capabilities as well as a network of business executives that I would not have been able to obtain elsewhere. What sets this program apart from other MBA programs I was considering was the the intimate feel you get as a cohort as well as the international trip taken between your first and second year. We truly became a family not only among our peers but our professors and those that managed the program. We always had meals, snacks, coffee, drinks readily available for us at any given time and our food preferences were always kept in mind. Expect random employees to give you the cold shoulder if you present as LGBT, others will openly share homophobic viewpoints, when reported there will be no actions taken. The Chair of the Board, who is also director of admissions at Union, glared at every student who wore traditional Muslim clothing at graduation while she assisted with handing out diplomas, it's clearly visible in video from the 2024 graduation. I'm not sure how someone with openly bigoted religious views got appointed to the board but my guess is campaign contributions had a lot to do with it. This person was also verbally hostile and went out of her way to make students feel uncomfortable at the public event I attended with her. If you have options to attend another school I'd suggest taking them. I would say the teachers are wonderful which is why I enjoyed the online classes, but they are overworked and underfunded which again points to poor administration. The fish rots from the head and SUNY Schenectady stinks.

GCS helped me become an intelligent, well rounded, and responsible member of society. It helped instill in me solid moral values that I hold onto to this day. The Principle, Mrs. DeDeo, in particular, provided the students with sound guidance, ensured an excellent education, and made the school a place that I wanted to go to.
