In Dec 2024, I signed up for tutor help via their…read moresite not really knowing what I'd get out of it, nothing, a lot of spam emails and no help responses. I emailed them to cancel, and had to go back and forth multiple time just to get that done, all for them to cancel it then charge my card again in Jan for a new ​subscription. I emailed them to refund my money and explained what had already happened, but didn't need to as its the same person doing their customer service emails. I did not sign back up for this service, and they will not refund me. I'm reporting them and unfortunately canceling my debit card all because of this horrible experience. I know it happens to people all the time, I just hope this keeps someone else from falling for this trap like I did. Transtutors.com is a complete fraud and a joke. Terri Hicks

If you google their address, you will see that is a…read morebuilding that rents offices addresses and online addresses for FAKE businesses like ''TRANSTUTOR''. The Scammer seems to be in Australia and purchased the address from USA (go their website and scroll all the way to the bottom menu and you will see). They offer a ''free 7 days trial'' but what they do is steal your information and attempt to charge you immediately. When you asked them what happen they just say ''we will delete your account but do not answer any question or accusations you make them right there, because I asked about the charge, the trial, stealing my personal and financial information, etc. All they said is '' you can cancel your subscription''. The woman showing in the chat, changed her name to a general thing, and added a bunch of fake customer service agents so their ''photos'' appears in there to make it look like they have several people working there. (I know all these because I work on e-Commerce for years and now how to detect a fake business in a heartbeat). If the charge is unsuccessful, they will try again several days later hoping you will not notice. Incident happened on Sept. 30th, 2023 and today Oct 08, 2023 there is a $19.99 charge from them on my checking account. Please report scammers like these when you see them and please report this fake business everywhere you can.
