They did everything they could to make him feel unwanted and worthless. Talking to administration about our concerns regarding the teachers there was a waste of time and effort. The only thing that gives me peace is the fact that I know God is in control of everything. He will fight for those who are not able to fight for themselves. We are at a new school and much happier. We transferred out in the middle of the year because my son's was unbearable. Hard to believe this is a Catholic school. I blame on the administrator for allowing his staff to behave the way they did with my child. He did absolutely nothing. He would not even make a teacher apologize when she yelled my son's personal business in a hallway in the presence of several students. I pray every night that this school will be exposed for its poor treatment of minorities. May God have mercy on all those involved.

It is out of complete frustration that I have resorted to writing this review to warn other unsuspecting consumers about the poor workmanship of this company. We believe the product they used was inferior. The workmanship was poor. The customer service is nonexistent. The guarantee that they will stand behind their product is totally absent. We were very satisfied with both the quality of the product and their workmanship, which is why we reached out to them again. This time, however, the experience fell short. We scheduled an appointment for a representative to come out and provide an estimate for a furnace (and potentially a full HVAC system, including central air and a hot water heater). The technician came to our home and gave us only a verbal quote--nothing in writing. As most homeowners know, it would be unwise to move forward without a written estimate, especially when comparing multiple companies. We specifically needed a written estimate as part of a real estate transaction that had already encountered complications. After the appointment, I followed up and spoke with our service contact, Joe B., who assured me he would email the estimate. Unfortunately, we never received anything, and because of the lack of follow-through and documentation, they unfortunately missed the mark this time. As a result, we've decided to move forward with another plumbing and heating company for this project. It's disappointing, especially given our positive experience in the past, but communication and proper documentation are essential, and this time it just didn't happen.
