I drive a Mercedes which is hard to service but both Mercedes dealers have proven not to be honest" me $10-$20,000 for anything I take in there so I find local service locations with a certified Mercedes tech and these guys did a great job at 1/3 the price I was quoted at fire stone in flowery branch. A place I just spent $3000 I knew air conditioning and brakes then would not get back to me to give me a tuneup and change the oil... Firestone told me my son could do it for cheaper! Ainsley found another problem I will have to fix that the other two previous service companies missed which I don't know how having so much work done the last year but they gave me a tuneup changed the oil and filter in a few hours and did a great job!! Clean place, professional, I felt like they were honest and upfront and I got a good value so I highly recommend!! I love spending $800 less to get more!!

The service was very quick, but they told me about a plate underneath that was missing a couple of…read morebolts and said not to worry about it, the plate wasn't essential and would probably fall off. I took them for their word and the next day my wife took it on the highway and the plate got caught by the wind and started to tear off and creating sparks that scared my wife enough to pull over. Thank God that a nice gentleman pulled over to help her and removed the mangled plate. While this is not the fault of the shop, they should have known better than to leave it like that. Either remove it or at least put the remaining bolts on the front to avoid the wind catching it. I should have asked for more information but the mechanic was pretty casual about it so I trusted that it would be ok.
