It was stuck on my driveway. I had a really hard time getting a tow, even trying AAA and insurance, because there's just not a ton going on in this area--especially on a Sunday. Mr. Velasquez personally offered to stop by my place and diagnose the car, and he helped me to secure a tow at a great price. His tow truck person came within 30 mins! I had waited 6 hours the day before, and no one came. He was able to fix the car within 24 hours. My starter and battery were not working. He gave me updates every step of the way. The job cost less than $700 for parts, warranty, and labor. He's truly a life saver, and my fix was super affordable. When I was getting ready to pick up the car, I couldn't get a ride, and he picked me up and I returned him to the shop. I couldn't ask for better service. He will be my go to from now on while I am in this area. Highly recommend!

We are honest people and expect to be treated as such, especially when spending 1600.00. I get that checks are going the way of the dinosaurs, and respect that any company can set their own policies and how they are enforced. All of that to say, seems to be a quality repair, but wouldn't go back because of the customer service.

We have had MULTIPLE problems with them EVERYTIME we have taken our vehicles up to their shop. So that's when we took it to Auburn Automotive and they did a fantastic job! Towels are currently moist and not dry like they used to be. Being so sometimes they smell of mildew and that's off putting. Andd that's if they have towels for you to use. Lately though they've been blocking off a lot of vacuuming stalls so it's been a hit or miss if you can use the amenities. So unless you add the dry and shine option to your car wash you may be leaving with water spots left on your car..

In Chicago, we would clean our cars to a showroom mirror finish and drive to hangouts like the beachfront or cruise downtown hot spots like Rush Street. Most every car I've owned has been dark in color... which also shines the best at night! While those days are long behind me, I still love a clean ride! But I've grown a lot less persnickety as I've aged and honestly, my vehicle is lucky to get washed once a month! I have a large truck, and it can be a beast to clean, thus my lack of enthusiasm to clean it! But today my wife introduced me to W4 Express Car Wash! We pulled in and she told me she'd purchased a membership that allows her to come unlimited times a month to get her car cleaned. I WAS ALMOST INSULTED at first since I tend to clean her car more than my own, but also grateful. In my teens and 20's I didn't mind spending several hours washing, vacuuming, Windex'ing, Armor All'ing, shampooing and polishing my car. Nowadays, with life as busy as it has been as of late, even an hour to clean BOTH our cars seems like a real chore! Which is why I am so surprised this place brought the thrill back to washing a car! *** FIRST OFF, other than your monthly membership, most everything is free. THEY provide the drying towels, window cleaner, all purpose cleaner, forced air sprayers to blow out hard to reach places and the strongest sucking vacuums I've ever experienced anywhere. These things could suck the skin off a snake, seriously. Also, I am generally never happy with the tire cleaning ability of automatic washes, but my tires and rims were close to perfect after a run through the wash. More than anything else, THAT surprised me. There are plenty of bays to self vacuum and for now the facility is top end on its functionality. Everything is new so everything works and works VERY WELL!!! Best of all, it's very reasonable. At $30 a month, that averages out to less than $7/week. *** FINAL THOUGHTS Over time, my love for this facility may change. But for now, they have brought the joy back to washing a car. They even have a pull-off area for trucks to clean out their beds before entering the wash zone. Oh, and if you do decide to get a membership, cameras read your license plate and the gate automatically opens without you having to do anything! Not only have they cut down my time and energy to wash my truck & wife's minivan, they also add greatly to my convenience by providing the glass cleaners, towels and free powerful vacuums. I noticed that one of the workstations in the garage had an open Budweiser sitting out. Maybe that's why they couldn't clamp a hose down right? Adding insult to injury, the mechanic was rude to me in every interaction. It felt like he resented me before he ever even met me. I was paying with a credit card, so I had to go through this poorly lit and grungy room. While in there, the mechanic kept making statements that ended with, "You know how females are." So if you're a woman, you may want to go somewhere else. It seems like they'll peg you as a sucker.

Once he came and did the diagnostic he said he would try to find the part for her vehicle. The next day or so he informed us that he was unable to find the part and it would have to be ordered. I asked him if he could order it because mechanics usually get a better price, as well as to insure we had the correct part. He told me he was unable to find the part at the auto store or the pull apart and we would have to do it. We found the part for $150 and sent him a screenshot of it and he confirmed it was the correct part. After ordering the part, I found another mechanic to because I wasn't feeling great about our interaction when asking him about the part. The other mechanic came to put the brake line on but the break line,Teejay confirmed was the right part, did not fit. Hence, why I previously asked him to order it. Nonetheless, the other mechanic said he would get the part himself. He was able to find the part at several locations as well as pull apart. He got the part for $12. Once we were able to get everything taken care of I reached out to Teejay to see if he would refund the money that was to be applied to the labor. He said he would not refund the the money he would have only applied that to the labor. I said ok but also the part you said we needed was incorrect. He became argumentative and rude about the whole situation. I can understand if you have a no refund policy as far as the diagnosis goes, but there is no reason to be rude and, hostile about it. He was definitely unprofessional as far as my overall experience goes, even when asking about him ordering the part. Professionalisim goes a long way when providing a service. *and if you read some of his responses to the other reviews the tone says it all *never asked for anything for free. I asked for the refund for what he said he would apply to the labor. And AGAIN, if that is the policy, no worries. My overall point was the rudeness and unprofessional, as highlighted in his response. Never the money.

It's always a new face working there every other week. Also some of my parts were misplaced in this shop and Larry told me he didn't have my parts. That's when the old nasty lady accused me of taking them. When they saw how angry I was getting about my parts his help started locating everything that was missing while Im snapping. RED FLAG! From there is was downhill. If you white they might do you Right. Larry thought he was gonna over charge me so I couldn't afford to get my truck back from him. Nice Try but he can't play with me. I still ended up giving him a extra 250 but he definitely wasn't getting that extra 600 he typed up. One minute he say we gonna keep his boss David out of it. Next minute, he needs to call David to get pricing approval when I say he's overpricing the job from our original bill. Larry was so mad to see my truck leaving that shop he didn't want to watch.
