When buying something that's 400k, you want to be able to pick up the phone. Remember, your realtor and lender work for you. As a business owner myself of over 20 years, I'm not an easy client to work with. Frank handled our situation very professionally. While I will shop around for refinancing when/if rates drop in the next 1-3 years, I've got a feeling I'll probably go with Frank.
