Fanny responded to my email quickly with a message to text her, which I did, and within 10-15 minutes, she coordinated with me to set up an appointment for my mother & I. Fanny showed up promptly on time on the day of our appointment and was very efficient at getting through four documents to notarize for us. To make everything even better, she is fluent in Cantonese which was helpful to my mom. Fanny, rates are very, very reasonable and it was easy to pay her using Venmo (she also takes cash or check). Horrible people who do not care how to help. She actually told me she has other customers to help and that she would no longer be helping me. She also said she has no supervisor because she is the manager and refused to give me anyone's number to further discuss this issue with.

I dropped off a package here exactly a week ago, on 1/31/26 at 10:20am and this is confirmed on the…read moretracking but somehow my package containing $230 shoes disappeared and never made it to their destination. Per the tracking, the shoes never left the store and there was no explanation when I called both the store and UPS corporate to try and figure out what happened. Since UPS was no help despite being the last to be in possession of the package, I ended up having to involve the recipient/retailer I was returning these shoes to for a refund.
