We went for Plant Bingo and had such a fun time! I recommend getting there early to grab a seat. There were four of us, so we got a nice table together. They play 20 rounds, and even if you don't win bingo, you still get a 2-inch plant. I also really liked that they talk about the different plants between rounds. It makes it fun and you actually learn something and add some plants to your "want" list. They had 3 people helping with calling, showing plants and serving food. They have some food and drink options available, or there's a restaurant next door with some really yummy sandwiches. There's also plenty of parking, and surprisingly, there aren't a ton of other stores in the shopping center, so parking was easy. Such a fun ladies' night out and a great place to do something different!

Our services were terminated with less than seven days' notice, even though there was no contract. We raised our concerns directly with the owner, but the issues were covered by saying 'you get a discount' not a meaningful way to respond in our opinion. We never asked or knew about a discount. Our advice is simple: get all pricing, service expectations, and termination terms in writing. Based on our experience, professionalism, communication, and accountability were lacking, and the way our account was handled left a disappointing final impression.

I didn't even know what a baseboard was when we first spoke. Jay was patient with me while I waited for our loan officer to give us clear to close. Never once did I feel pressured to move forward and I appreciated that. Once we I paid our deposit they hit the ground running, ordering material and showing up for us on the day we received the keys. They completed our floors beautifully and at lightning speed.
