On December 1, 2025, our entire house was destroyed in a catastrophic flood. We had just moved into our newly remodeled turn-key home 5 years previously and still loved everything about it. To say we were shell shocked and devastated would be putting it mildly. Our home was now in ruins. Bathrooms, cabinetry, flooring, drywall were all destroyed and our home was basically unlivable. We were down to studs and raw plumbing. We immediately began to search for the perfect contractor to help us rebuild our home and put our lives back together. We reviewed multiple contractors online and in person, as well as checking with the Nevada Contractors Board and local permitting offices. One name consistently stood out and was above all others. Jerezee Construction. They had hundreds of 5-star reviews which led me to review their gallery of photos on their website. Their quality of work caught my attention. I reached out to their office and spoke to Ian. We found him to be very professional. He immediately set up an appointment and was incredibly empathetic to our plight. The way he handled our initial contact was so different from other companies we contacted. The next step in our journey was meeting the owner Ilan who arrived at our home to assess the damage. It was quickly apparent this was an experienced and highly qualified contractor. He demonstrated exceptional standards, made suggestions, was extremely organized but above all else inspired confidence that he could help us. He reviewed the contract with us line by line, leaving no stone unturned and highly transparent with clear expectations. No hidden fees, and no surprises. Once the project began, a group text was established. This was updated twice daily throughout the project to keep us informed. We next met Heather, one of Jerezee's designers. Heather quickly recognized we were in over our head and inundated with so many decisions and choices to make. She took the lead and helped us make selections on flooring, bathroom tiles, color palates, hardware, lighting fixtures and paint. She made a comprehensive material list which was amazing. Heather was invaluable to us. She was so patient, knowledgeable and held my hand through every step. Both my husband and I are analytical with no creative bone in our body so doing the design part and picking out product was impossible for us. We couldn't have done this rebuild without her. We were assigned a project manager named David. He was the first line supervisor for all the crew and sub-contractors at our home. He was incredibly responsive, timely, accessible, patient, upbeat and positive always. He made a highly stressful period of our life bearable and was such a joy to work with. He was the right man, at the right time, at the right place for us. As the work progressed it quickly became apparent that all their rave reviews were justified. Construction started exactly as planned and they made the process so easy for us. They handled EVERYTHING! Their craftmanship was impeccable. It was as if they were rebuilding their own house. Ilan, the owner was often on site inspecting the work and the progress. Ilan and David were true perfectionists, and nothing escaped their skilled eyes. At the end of the project, we didn't even have a punch list! Their crew and subcontractors were always polite, respectful, professional and kind. Everyone worked so hard to get us back into our home and genuinely seemed empathetic and understanding of our initial heartbreak. In conclusion, Jerezee Construction and their entire team made a devastating time in our life so much less stressful. Many thanks to Ilan and his team of dedicated professionals. As they say, great leaders do not set out to be a leader... they set out to make a difference, and Ilan has done that with Jerezee Construction. Our architect recommended Jerezee Construction, and within 30 minutes I was on the phone with Roye. For the first time in months, I finally felt like there was hope for our project. Within just a couple of days, Roye met us on-site to walk the property and truly understand our goals, vision, concerns, and the unique challenges we were facing. From that moment on, we knew we were in good hands. Jerezee completely remodeled our cabin in Mount Charleston, and from start to finish, they went above and beyond every step of the way. Mountain construction comes with unique challenges, and we definitely encountered some major ones. Whether it was weather or unexpected issues that come with building on the mountain, the Jerezee team never hesitated to jump in--even on their days off (and even on a birthday!)--to make sure everything was taken care of. That level of dedication and customer service is incredibly rare and gave us so much peace of mind throughout the entire project. The job site was consistently kept clean, organized, and tidy throughout the remodel, which made a huge difference during such a large project. As we reached the finish line, they encouraged us to "blue tape" every item we wanted addressed, no matter how small. They came back and carefully worked through every detail without hesitation. That commitment to the finishing touches is what takes a project from good to truly exceptional. The entire team was knowledgeable, dependable, genuine, and truly invested in making sure our remodel turned out exactly as we had envisioned. Our project manager, David, was exceptional from start to finish. He kept us within budget, communicated clearly, and consistently reassured us as we moved through each phase of the project. The remodel took about four weeks from demo to completion, which we felt was a very reasonable timeline, it was only delayed because our designer did not order enough tile. A huge shoutout to Angel and Danielo who demoed, built our shower, installed vanity, toilet and flooring. They worked long hours, showed up on time, and corrected any finer details that were needed in completing the job. We would use David again going forward in a kitchen remodel when the time comes. The only thing we would change is to not have a designer assigned to us, and pick our materials ourselves to ensure quality. In the end the designer caused more stress than what it was worth.

After looking at several toaster models on display, we found that they were more expensive than we were willing to spend. So, we decided to check a few other stores. However, my mother did purchase a couple of smaller items she was looking for.

He helped us put our ideas in to a design, helped us shop for materials and made sure we were informed the entire process. Luis was our project manager and never hesitated to help the team, answer questions, listen to ideas for little things and made sure everything went smooth. Eddie is a master in his craft, his attention to detail is really something else and his tile work is pure excellence. I tell everyone he is an artist, and he basically became a part of our family because he didn't just do his job, he made sure we were comfortable and made sure I was involved any thing I might've wanted to know. He made sure our dog was comfortable and my kids loved having him around. We recently hired Renovo again to renovate our kids and guest bathrooms and were glad we did. Ben gives prompt responses any time I reach out, he doesn't hesitate to fix any small issue that might pop up and he really has built a business that provides quality service and consistency. Both projects I shopped several companies, Renovo wasn't the cheapest but they had very fair pricing and great transparency. We look forward to having them back when we are ready to renovate our kitchen, railings and the rest of the flooring in our home.

Missed appointments, poor communication, forgotten decisions, unfinished work, an unlicensed contractor brought into the project, and ultimately litigation. Needless to say, we were BEYOND hesitant to trust another GC. Then an angel on Nextdoor messaged me and said, "My daughter used Ben at Renovo Remodeling and was very happy." THANK GOD she did. Ben didn't just take on our remodel - he inherited someone else's mess. Work already started, orders in transit, plans and sketches that needed to be revisited, permits, and countless loose ends. He handled ALL of it fantastically. And here's what impressed me most: I'm picky. Ben was every bit as picky as I was. He cared about getting things RIGHT, not just getting them done. UPDATE: After my initial review Barbara made sure we received a replacement cabinet door. She worked diligently to ensure we were taken care of which was much appreciated. -------------------------------- We purchased our kitchen cabinets from this company around July 2023, for someone else to install upon arrival (which was around Sept. 2023). There were a few snafus but they worked with us to correct those issues. Unfortunately, a couple of months after our kitchen renovation was completed a corner of the cabinet door veneer chipped off (probably about an inch by half-inch size piece.) When I reached out to Willbanks in early Dec. 2023 regarding warranty coverage, I thought the salesperson was taking care of my issues and because I had not heard anything further from him, I reached out again 3 months later. In March 2024, the reply I received was "Sorry no one reached out to you. We are no longer able to provide Fashion Cabinets here is there phone number 801-280-0645 and there is a place downtown called Las Vegas Kitchen and Bath that sells Fashion" (cabinet manufacturer). Very disappointed with their lack of doing anything after they came to review the issue, the response that was provided, and now with this brand new kitchen that has one of the door panels missing veneer on the corner. Otherwise, the company was good to work with. I guess no service after the sale. Pretty sad. read more

We found Willbanks Kitchen Design Center in our monthly The Home Mag. I made an in-home appointment with Tyler. He came and listened intently as I described my vision for a built-in, wall-to-wall entertainment center with fireplace, tile and mantle. We made an appointment with him at his office to view his sketch of my vision and look at samples of cabinet selections. I was really impressed at how he captured my ideas on paper with so much accuracy! My order was placed and arrived at my home at the expected date with no delay! Tyler even recommended some contractors I could contact to install my center. When a cabinet change had to be made and additional product was needed to be ordered, Willbanks was right on it. As an out of state consumer, I did much internet searching before deciding to use Willbanks for a major remodel of my kitchen. The immediate attention we received was noteworthy. The design presented was wonderful and the collaborative modification to the original design resulted in just what I wanted. Being out of state, there was a need for coordination of services that went nicely. Work was prepped before our presence and installation coordinated for when we were here. The entire staff was wonderful to work with and the results were more than I had imagined possible. I have complete trust in these people, then had a key to our place so that they could work while we were away and I had no concerns with that arrangement, in fact it was my idea. The end product is perfect. From design to installation and more, I highly recommend these people. read more

I loved dealing with the staff at Willbanks. They listened to what I wanted and took the time to answer all of my questions. They came out and measured and gave me some ideas on changes that would look nice with my kitchen layout. The cabinets were ordered and delivered exactly when I was told. They even had an employee come out and make sure that the delivery was accurate. I was so very impressed with the product, the service, and especially the follow up. My cabinets are perfect! Willbanks did our custom kitchen cabinets. My family has been happy with their two other jobs done by Willbanks, as well- bathrooms and kitchens. Their selection is very nice, high end and reasonably priced. I did shop around quite a bit for the best fit, too. Willbanks custom is definitely worth it compared to the prices and selections of non custom RTA cabinets. You pay a little more but get exactly what you want, with incredible service. We had Jeff at Wilbanks design and help select cabinets, hardware and quartz counters for a kitchen expansion/remodel that we recently did. Everything came off as projected even though it was in the middle of the Covid-19 scare. Cynthia Wilbanks made sure to stay abreast of everything that was taking place and co-ordinated with the construction and counter people to ensure nothing fell through the cracks. This company is the best Kitchen design venue in all of Las Vegas ! Their staff is extremely well seasoned and it shows. They just took on a new european line of cabinetry that is just beautiful. We also appreciated their professional partner companies like National Stone that helped guide me to the perfect quartzite color that worked with our natural slate floor. By the end of the project, they had helped design and create a large portion of our space, not just cabinetry, but also custom doors, a desk, a beautiful wall façade, shelving, counters, and even routed integrated lighting that completely elevated the atmosphere of our business. That's all he does makes cabinets and countertops for 30 years. Al and crew demolished in an hour, installed a new countertops/island in 3 hours. We only have to do was plumbing afterwards and put back all the drawers and dishes etc under the counters. (Get dusty) Jonathan (Al's son) will give you the estimate and price can be vary. I chose somewhere middle price. Still way cheaper than my granite I paid 22 years ago. Their price is awesome for what I got. So glad that I chose Monte Cabinets & Countertops!!!
