My cabinets are perfect! Willbanks did my custom kitchen cabinets, and my family has also been happy with their two other jobs done by Willbanks. Their selection is very nice, high end and reasonably priced and I did shop around quite a bit for the best fit. Willbanks custom is definitely worth it compared to the prices and selections of non custom RTA cabinets. You pay a little more but get exactly what you want, with incredible service. We purchased custom cabinets from Willbanks but also had them really design our kitchen for the most part and bought our quartz countertop and back splash from them All through our $70k+ project, the staff there were very helpful. Tyler did the design and we were very pleased. And Cathy handled other aspects. Unfortunately, there were issues with the cabinets, but our Contractor- Tajo One could always alert Wilbanks & they would arrange replacements. We recently bought a 35-year-old house and totally remodeled it. The process involved working with a number of suppliers and making a lot of choices. The part of this project that stands out as particularly successful and un-stressful was the new kitchen cabinets from Willbanks Kitchen Design Group. We already had tried unsuccessfully to work with two other cabinet suppliers when we found Tyler at Willbanks. Tyler is thoroughly experienced in the cabinet business and was able to take our ideas and show us practical, sensible ways to implement them. Tyler also helped us with choices of woods and stains and door and drawer hardware. Having been in business for many years, Willbanks has contractors who also have worked with them for many years. We were given the names of two installers to get bids from. They both were excellent, their prices were fair, and we made our choice on the basis of availability. Working with our older house required some adjustments to make everything fit right, which our installer accomplished perfectly. Everyone was pleasant and easy to work with. After the fact, we decided to add some drawer dividers and additional shelves, and Willbanks and our installer made that happen in good fashion. I should add that our cabinets have solid hardwood fronts and plywood boxes and cost us no more than the medium density fiberboard cabinets that the other suppliers had shown us. Our new kitchen is beautifully finished, and we love it! We highly recommend Willbanks to anyone who is looking for cabinets! read more

Like many of you planning a complete kitchen remodel, I wasn't sure about which company to choose for my new kitchen cabinetry. I knew I wanted to select a Las Vegas Kitchen and Bath remodel company that had a good reputation, long history servicing Las Vegas customers, and a company that would not break the bank so to speak. I was choosing between Willibanks and Elements. The latter made the choice of Willibanks easy for me. From the get go, Tyler of Willibanks was very responsive, as were office staff. We used Wilbanks to design our space and to purchase cabinets for our complete kitchen renovation. We also used them for our bathroom, bar and hallway cabinets which resulted in a substantial number of cabinets in total. We found them to be very professional and helpful with great ideas in each case. We did have a couple of issues including a damaged cabinet and a manufacturing flaw in a drawer front. In each case they were very responsive and only wanted to make sure the problem was quickly addressed and fixed. Michelle is a fabulous designer who was with me every step of the way. She managed to quadruple the functionality of my kitchen while maintaining the existing footprint. The end result exceeds the kitchen of my dreams! Thw quality of the cabinets is second to none! Michelle is an absolute gem! I would caution against using Mike White unless yoi want it to take 7 times longer than promised since days pass without him sending workers to the job site because they take on more jobs than they can handle. We chose Willbanks Kitchen Design Center after our neighbor used them for their kitchen remodel project. Willbanks was very responsive throughout our project from the design to the installation. It was easy to work with their cabinet designer on the layout. They stood behind the cabinet manufacturer we selected when a couple of things needed to be fixed/re-ordered. This is a belated review on a great cabinet design and installation project completed by Willbanks Kitchen Design Group (WKDG). I moved from California to my new home in Nevada in November of 2019. After a thorough research through internet and review of projects completed by various cabinet design companies, I selected Willbanks Kitchen Design Group. I met with Jeff Alder, the design consultant, and told him what I had in mind (3 cabinets for my office, 1 media cabinet for CDs, DVDs and VHS video tapes and 1 small cabinet each above the toilet in the master and guest bathrooms). I went to WKDG with specific ideas and requirements in mind and Jeff was very helpful in searching for the type of material, color, cabinet design I was looking for. Then came the next step of providing me with floor plans and project estimates. I also recall that I was given options of a couple of choices of materials and pricing. WKDG conducted its business in a professional and organized manner. I felt comfortable throughout the process, working with Jeff and Barbara. The project was completed as planned and I was very pleased with the quality of the cabinets and installation work. WKDG delivered what they promised, and I thank Jeff and Barbara for helping me in bringing an idea to fruition. It is important for me to have my home office furnished to my liking. We purchased a new (older) home in July, 2019 and completely gutted it. Our experience with Willbanks began when Cynthia and Tyler came out to our messy construction zone to see what/where to begin. Rod from Willbanks is very knowledgeble and our kitchen turned out amazing and we are very happy with his design. Rod was very prompt with his communication, made sure to answer all our questions. This is a great locally owned business! While remodeling our house we went in to work with Buddy for several things. He helped us with our Master bath vanity, and it is beautiful! The workmanship of the cabinets is way above average! We love it! He also helped us with getting some glass cut and put in for existing cabinet doors. And although I suspect this was more of a hassle than worth it to them, they did it with a smile and were so helpful though out. Since LV is relatively new to us, while there I asked Buddy a bunch of other random questions regarding the renovation and where to buy certain things. He even helped with that!
