She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient. We discussed all of the necessary supplies we would need for tile work and placed the order. We were fully covered for the tiling jobs since our project manager only told us to order the tile. Turns out we needed all but the thin set. Our project manager neglected to tell us prior to ordering that we did not need the thin set but Alyssa assured me that anything that wasn't needed could be returned. I wasn't able to speak to the project manager until the following day and it turns out the thin set was not needed, so I was able to have the order adjusted prior to pick up by our project manager. Alyssa knows her stuff for sure! I asked her honest opinion on grout color choices and she led me in the right direction! We are very thankful for all of her help and guidance and expertise through this journey. When we return to the store for future purchases, we will remember Alyssa for sure. To cancel the thin set from the order prior to pick up, I called this afternoon and spoke with Aidan and Aidan was able to process the return before our pick up and issue a credit to our account.
