I received some bodywork from Matt as a trade, then decided to do the full Rolfing 10 series. I love massage and bodywork, and my experience with Matt was entirely positive. Matt Walker is AMAZING! I was in excruciating pain and didn't know what caused it and couldn't even pinpoint where the source of the pain was. I found that I was breathless from pain and my range of motion was becoming more and more limited. I had been to a chiropractor and massage therapist, but the relief was minimal. Matt is awesome! Not only is he an excellent Rolfer, he's an all-around great guy. He "knows his stuff" and explains things very well, an active listener who takes time to garner one's support & feedback. Over the last few months, I've noticed an improvement in my posture, and the range of motion in my shoulder is much better.
