i took my blue and gold macaw to have her nails trimmed. I have taken her there once before and had…read morean overall good experience. this time was not good. they use a dremmel tool to file down her nails from them trimming them. well she grabbed the dremmel tool with her foot causing her to get two seperate lacerations on her foot, with one having to have souchers put in. the excuse was given to me was, she never had a parrot grab like that before. well I'm sorry, but that's what a bird does. they use there feet to grab everything. they gave me a pain med for her, and then turned around and charged me for it. will never go back there again. very not experienced with birds there, even though they say they are!!

I brought our little dog Emma here for her first grooming, she is very nervourse with anything around her head [ It took three people to put medical drops in her ear ] I asked PawPrints to groom her and paint her nails pink [ only because people think she is a boy ] They did a beautiful grooming job having to take extra time and care because of her head issues, but decided not to do her nails as they said she seemed to agitated by the time the grooming was done . That spoke volumes to me as they cared more about the dog then receiving extra money for a nail paint.

We specifically asked for him to be bathed, teeth brushed and a flee dip along with being cut/groomed. When picking him up, he was groomed but they never brushed his teeth, bathed him or gave him a flee dip. We had to do all that ourselves and flees came off him. Sucks that we were charged for services our dog obviously didn't receive.
