Most of the nurses are retired and just don't have the energy or attentiveness that patients need. There's no protocol for emergencies -- during a fire alarm, everyone looked confused about what to do. We also had two power outages in one week, and instead of fixing the issue or using proper backup power, they handed out battery-operated LED lights to patients. It was honestly shocking.Language barrier is an issue especially when reciting the menu options The worst part is how long it takes to get help. I've seen patients left sitting in their own feces for up to 40 minutes before anyone came. No one deserves that. It breaks my heart to see people treated this way when they're supposed to be cared for and respected in their later years. This place seriously needs to be inspected and held accountable.
