It's very large office. I'm sitting in an exam room and I needed to use the restroom when I went out to ask first of all no one paid attention and they acted annoyed when I disturbed them to ask them if I could use the restroom where is it and she just flippantly pointed her finger and said you have to go outside and down the hall by the elevators so in this very large office with many physicians and procedures you need to tell me you don't have a bathroom for your patients to use. What happens if one of the doctors wants a urinalysis, are you gonna tell them here take this pick up and go out in the hall and down by the elevators there are a lot of elderly people that come to cardiology offices and you're gonna tell them that they have to leave the exam room, actually leave the office go down the hall and around by the elevators to use a restroom. That is the most ridiculous thing in an office that I have seen yet that is extremely poor. patient care it's bad enough you get treated like a second class citizen when you come to the doctors, but when the office staff treats you with disrespect when I went to let one girl know that I was going to the bathroom I'd be right back she flipped her finger too instead I'm on the phone. How am I supposed to know you're on the phone? You don't have a phone in your hand. The thing is there was no courtesy. There was no niceness. There was no hospitality. There was no patient care I can't be more upset right now that I feel like walking out of this office bad enough we have to sit and wait for them cause they're always behind but God forbid you have to use the bathroom. You better go before you come here.

I love doctor Sylvester and the staff is always kind and respectable. Today I brought my mother in who doesn't EVER go to the doctor because of a awful head/chest cold and I probably won't ever get her back in to one. I have a cough, but she ten times worse than me. The staff was respectable even having to work in pouring rain..they made us take a covid test, and the doctor came out to check us- nothing to see on my end other than a awful cough. My mother on the other hand, had wheezing which he said was pretty bad and wanted to know if she had an inhaler, coughing up yellow and green phlegm(you get the picture )..you can hear and see she is very ill.. Dr. Keller comes back out and says we are both negative, but we probably still have Covid- quarantine and good luck! I stopped him because we've been out in the parking lot for almost two hours and he isn't going to give us anything to help, we didn't come for a Covid test! We need medication because nothing we are taking is helping... he said take an OTC, which we already are, we wouldn't be here if it were working! He then decides to call in a medicine for our cough to take with an OTC. I stopped him again and ask him if he could prescribe something for my mother, his response was she needs to quit smoking (yes, she does), and she can call him tomorrow or Monday.. why not today.. if we probably have Covid and it's so deadly why isn't he going to treat our symptoms!? He hasn't seen bacterial bronchitis from IT, so he didn't want to prescribe an antibiotic. I asked from what, he said what is probably Covid! So the test says negative, but it's probably Covid, but it couldn't be bronchitis.. Never in my life. I'm so disappointed maybe if our tests were positive we would have been treated differently. This is my second meeting with Dr. Keller and he pushed the Covid vaccine at my UTI visit after having a baby.. both of us are not vaccinated, which he was displeased.. I've had Covid already..I felt like he didn't want to help us and of course the one time I get her to go to the doctor we get a good luck champ! Awesome! I will go to another walk in clinic if he is the only doctor running the show. I will continue to make my usual appts, but not with him.

Dr. Lord has been my PCP for over Seven Years and continuing to have him as my PCP is well worth the Hour and a Half Drive each way. So I most heartedly recommend Dr. Lord and his new practice at WellFamily Medicine. My experience with the Front Office and with Dr. Lord's Nurse have been absolutely positive! In fact, on my first visit, I accidentally reopened s wound on my forearm and the receptionist immediately called for Dr. Lord's Nurse, who took me back to a room, cleaned the blood from my arm, and bandaged my wound. Another appointment was scheduled to remove this problem. I decided to alert the office staff that I would like to be considered for an open appointment from a cancellation they might receive. I was contacted just a few days after I notified the office of my desire & was able to have an 11 am appointment. Dr Teran & his tech Kiran are bother professional and kind. It took moments to prepare, to numb the spot & then for the cancer to be removed and a few stitches set. I felt no discomfort whatsoever! I am thrilled that the skin cancer this office detected has been removed. My aftercare is very straightforward as I have dissolvable stitches. Just left me sitting there waiting and when I asked how much longer they said ," you are the next one" so I waited. Then the Dr said to me that that is what is to be expected with late afternoon appts. That they will be late. So if they know this why don't they give more appt time to morning appts. So basically she said it was my fault for having a job and only being able to get there in the afternoon and I should always expect my appts to be at least 30 minutes late. What a slap in the face. No apology for being late or anything. I will not be going back and if you go just expect for them to not be respectful of you or your time.

He is so thorough, taking so many factors into consideration for best preventative and maintenance health. He is a Dr. Who listens to and respects parents which is a rare find! He spends so much time explaining things, offering and explaining different options as well as both pros and cons (again , another rare find in a Dr.) He is always available by phone which I love, and has talked me through my son's sickness without us having to leave home. He is very quick in correspondence even though he's so busy, and his receptionist is always so cheerful. I wouldn't have my kids see anyone else for routine care.
