Next day get any email stating denied due to my partners credit and owing another rental company which was from a previous marriage that he thought was handle he went and paid it on the spot. I called the leasing agent Sonya Shirley no answer left a voicemail, sent a emailed asking if I remove him and we show proof it's paid what options do we have? Next day she sends an email back no options the denial stands as is! Horrible not once she at least pick up the phone and have a conversation, or call and say this house is not an options but let me send you some others absolutely nothing!
