A false police report was filed against me. He was my defense attorney but he really didn't do…read moreanything to help me or protect me. He honestly acted like he didn't care at all and like he was also against me as well. So he was horrible at his job. It wasn't until I finally spelled it out to him that it was a false police report and how I knew that, then he finally got the charges against me dropped. He probably didn't do anything about either party who filed the false police report, which is illegal. My son and I are victims of domestic violence that's still happening today. We've had to disown our entire "family" for our safety. We're really not safe living here but we can't afford to move and organizations that claim to help victims of domestic violence refuse to help us. This false police report only made our domestic violence situation a lot worse. He completely knew it was a false police report but he never admitted it or did anything to help me at all until I spelled it out to him that I knew it was a false police report. Surprisingly but thankfully he got my case dismissed because I knew it was a false police report all along. It took 8 months for him to get it dismissed but he finally did. Before I spelled it out to him that I knew it was a false police report, he was very rude to me, treating me like I had actually done something horrible, which I didn't and he knew that. I honestly did nothing wrong at all!!! I was struggling during an extremely difficult time in my life. My son and I were homeless and we were victims of domestic violence. I even provided him proof that we're victims of domestic violence but he didn't care. I was just having a horrible day and a jerk was bullying me.
