His team drafted a demand letter for $1500 and sent it off to the business. The team thought they did so well they added $1100 more to the bill without notification. I called to speak to them about the additional charges, and they added $65.00 more just for the phone call for a question they never called back about. I formally emailed a letter asking to no longer move forward with the case as they proved they were the bigger crooks than the company I was needing help with. I would not recommend McCauley unless you have an endless supply of money. I never got a response to my email. They proved they only care about money and not the client.
