Not surprisingly the insurance company tried to lowball everything every step of the way. B&J did an outstanding job in dealing with the insurance company and getting them to understand that you cannot cut corners and the car needed to repaired properly. It took much back and forth with the insurance company but B&J prevailed and the car was done right. I know cars and I'm pretty meticulous. With that being said, I can say that I cannot find any flaws in their work and I'm 100% satisfied with the work that was done, the communication given and the professionalism shown. I dropped it on a Wed and he called me exactly 1 week later on Wednesday!!!
