There is nothing that NAAB can't handle. I've had multiple accidents (on my old AND current car) and each and every time my car comes back it looks better than it did when I bought it. Jeff and everyone at NAAB were all extremely helpful. My car ended up being totaled, but not only did Jeff explain the pros and cons of going through my insurance vs. paying out of pocket (before we knew it was a total loss), he ended up taking the time to explain the best way to talk to my insurance company in order to get the maximum value for my car. At this point since my car was totaled there was literally no reason for him to continue to help me out since he wasn't getting my business for any repairs, but he went above and beyond to help me get the most out of my insurance. He spent at least 20 minutes on the phone with me explaining what I should do when I call my insurance, and even printed out values and current comparable cars on the market so I would have all of the info in front of me when I called. I was able to get an extra $1000 from my insurance company after being educated on the worth of my totaled car, when I wouldn't have known I had wiggle room. This was the third time we brought a vehicle to NAAB. This business, its employees and Jeff White impressed us so much that I am writing a review (which I rarely do). They fixed the car which had a side impact on passenger side from a passing van to like new condition. Excellent workmanship! Going there for auto body repair is absolutely worry free. They deal with everything, rental car and repair cost increases way above the insurance estimate and so on. We received the car back sparkling clean. Everybody there is friendly, communication is great and they exceed expectations in every respect. This place is a complete rip off. We brought our car here to repair a scratch on the rear passenger side door and rear fender. We ended up receiving an email from one of their appraisers stating the repair would cost upwards of 5,000 dollars. After receiving this outrageous quote we tried to call them to tell them they would not be repairing our car, we were unable to get through to anyone and the phone rang continuously untill I eventually hung up. I strongly urge anyone looking to repair their car to steer clear of these crooks! read more

Highly recommend this place! I went here last summer for some auto body repairs I needed done to my car due to a car accident that had happened several months prior. I initially showed up in person to request a quote. The owner, Jeff, looked JUST like Will Ferrell which I totally got a kick out of. His wife (I think), Barbara, was really nice, and ran the office. Jeff looked at my car right away, and emailed the quote to me later on that day. I also went to a couple other local auto body repair shops, who had given me quotes I was a little skeptical about. So I chose to use NAAB. I really liked the atmosphere & their professionalism. I feel like most car places are full of rude trashy guys who just want to make a killing off of each customer. But these people are amicable, honest guys, and from what I understand is a family run business. I hope it always stays that way. Overall, great communication, & service. I have been to this shop twice now, and both times I have had an excellent experience. Every member of the staff that I met was very friendly, helpful, and professional. Jeff, the owner took the time to speak to me personally multiple times about the work being performed. The first time I met with him was for minor damage to my Honda Civic. I paid out of pocket and the work was done at a very reasonable price and looked fantastic! This most recent visit was for an accident to my Subaru WRX paid for by insurance. They were not on Liberty Mutual's list of auto body shops, but I had no problems. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company, without any inconvenience to me. Damage to my car was about $7k, and you can't even tell it happened. It looks great! They are very busy, but they were able to get my car fixed within my 30 day rental period. They even helped me to replace a part that had been damaged before the accident that was not included or paid for by my insurance. I definitely recommend you go to this shop next time you need a repair, big or small. read more

This place is well known in North And-over. The staff are very polite, no pressure and take very well care of their customers. My appointment was booked in advance about a month or so and I had to cancel one of them and they re-scheduled me no problem. My rental car was ready for me shortly after I arrived as I was a bit early. I pick up my car next week and I have no question it will be fantastic. Highly recommend any of my vehicles to go here. I went to this shop with my insurance estimate.Gave it to a guy inside named Jeff.After he read the estimate, he told me,he would not take the job.He explained that the insurance company wrote for an aftermarket rear bumper cover.He said that he would not use the A/M bumper and that I would have to pay out of pocket to get the factory made bumper for him to take the job.A/M bumper $155.00 factory made cover $360.00.My car is not in perfect condition, its a 2002 all I wanted was my car fixed and back on the road. So I went to Commonwealth motors and they fixed the car per the estimate.The work came out just fine and the bumper looks and fits great. North Andover Auto Body is a bunch of crooks. read more

I had tried once to go tho this place to repair a small scratch on my car's passenger door. The guy's first question is, do you have insurance, after I told him that I do not want use because I scratched it against a big pole in a parking garage, he gave me a price 3 times the price ( $3000+) I was told by friends at work, and he started to take pictures of the stickers on the doors etc without permission, and told me that he need to do the whole passenger side from head to end. I told him to stop and walked away. I took my car to anther body shop, it only cost $800.00 to fix the scratch, and the color matches perfect so that all my friends said that, the shop did a great job.
