I asked her what her plans were and when she told me she was opening a practice at Inner Balance well there was no options for me but to follow her there. She is the finest Gynecologist I have ever had the "pleasure" of seeing. Lets face it having a pap isn't the ideal way of spending the day. But she knows her stuff so to speak; Gentle, kind, extremely knowledgeable and always there to answer any questions you might have. I always have questions, some of them have been laughable. Bottom line Dr. Arnold is the greatest and having been introduced to Inner Balance was an extra plus.

I was having daily crippling pain in my pelvis for a year to the point I could not work. After an excision surgery in Boston to find the cause, my pain was only slightly better. I stumbled upon Inner Balance and was on a path to healing. I had a tight and dysfunctional pelvic floor, pelvis and low back from years of bracing due to stress and pain. I have a home routine and visit twice a week as well as see Dr. Arnold who has a realistic and individualized approach to treating women's pain. I am off all medication (including hormonal BC) and my pain is controlled. Now if the pain comes I now own the pain instead of it owning me and can address it with the tools I have been given by these awesome women. I finally found it . walked in a rush in and went to the window to get not only a dirty face look but complete attitude from the lady that works at check-in and everyone behind her she closed the window to ask if they could see me since I was not only 5 min late . then she proceeds to tell me they dont do late patients . And the Dr who was rude to me really should take my advice and go see a nutritionist for your severe weight problem and then get some eticat on how to treat patients like humans . Colene Arnold is simply the best gynecologist I have ever been to…read more She is so qualified and informative that even at my age I learn more from her with each visit. She makes you feel so comfortable that you feel free to ask her the most intimate of questions. Most importantly she cares about your health and well being. She always gies the extra mile by checking if she can find you a prescription at a lower price. She listens and is extremely attentive and she even writes down notes about your visit so you can remember what you need to do or follow up on. If you are looking for a gynecologist look no further, she is the best I promise you. Colene os so informative that even at my age I learn something new. She has the mosr rexent info on what procedures are recommended, and those that are bit. I trust my life in her most capable hands.
