Before my visit, I called to confirm the price, and they told me the first session would cost $75, and the following ones would be $65. However, when I arrived, I was told there was a "misunderstanding," and the actual price was $190 for the first session and $160 for the following ones. In the end, they offered me a "discount," so I agreed to pay $130 for the first session and $110 for the next ones. I initially thought it was just a misunderstanding. But after my fourth visit, I suddenly received an email informing me that my next session would cost $120. No one had warned me about the price increase beforehand--they just informed me after the fact! When I asked why I wasn't notified in advance, they simply told me the next session would now be $125. I want to emphasize that Dr. Denis is very kind and attentive, and I truly appreciate his care. That's why it's especially disappointing that the clinic operates this way and treats its clients like this. I feel really sorry about the situation. He is a young, strong former football player (so he told me) and he used all his strength to attempt adjust my hip. And now I am miserable. Some days my pain level is unbearable. At first I had great results with Dr. Yuson. One time he adjusted my left leg from the ankle/foot and I had some problems. I told him about it and he chose to adjust my left leg/hip at a location above my knee. That was the beginning of the worst year plus of my life. My knee swelled up and I have had severe pain for over a year. I have spent hours in physical therapy, had x-rays, and MRI and have no relief or solution. What he did will live with me, I guess until I die. The problems have compounded to my left hip and also with my balance, since I now walk with a limp most of the time. In April 2024, my insurance company offered me a trial program to help with knee pain and I have had a small bit of improvement, but I am still in quite a bit of discomfort daily. I have carefully considered whether or not to post this review but after over a year of being in excruciating pain from a few seconds of an adjustment, I don't feel right about someone else going through what I have been going through.
