Awful customer service. Called to inquire about pricing for a medical laser treatment, and continually was told she only made appointments so she wouldn't have to disclose it. To respond to Dr K, They may not be able to give pricing, but your office should have a mechanism for patients to get that info. My surgeon was specific on which chiropractic treatments I can have which is why I was animate on the pricing because that's all I can get. read more

Dr K is AMAZING. He's very thorough. I've had a serious neck problem for 6 months. I've seen 2 chiropractors and an acupuncturist. Nothing helped and more over no one seemed to care. I found Dr K on an Instagram ad. I was a little skeptical, because sometimes those ads can it lead you to a scam. Dr K is the real deal. After a few appointments we finally got to the root of my problem. I quickly realized what a gem his was and made my husband an appointment who has TERRIBLE lower back issues. He's got my husband on a plan to help ease the pain and hopefully save him from future back surgery. There's no more horrible back pain, I was skeptical at first of my treatment, but as you can see here no reason to be. Sara the office manager is extremely kind and attentive and the doctor was also very kind to take me in even amidst his busy schedule. He explains everything in detail and always asks if you have any questions. I drove an hour for this appointment. When I arrived, they handed me five pages to fill out by hand, then ask for my Driver's License. I Requested that they Xerox copy it and add it to my file because I did not want my ID uploaded to their database for privacy/security reasons. The receptionists were extremely rude, laughed at me, and directed me to wait in an office for 10 minutes for the chiropractor, who arrived and condescendingly stated that he wasn't going to give it to the government. (Ironically, I am "government".) He claimed his was a paperless office, yet I'd been handed a 5-page hard copy report to complete by hand. I refused to be treated there because they don't respect privacy, they don't respect their patients, they're rude, and the chiropractor is arrogant, with only superficial understanding of patient rights. All in all, it was a dismal experience. No one has a right to demand digital storage your ID on their database unless they are an employer who must lawfully verify citizenship. I do not recommend this place. I suspect they're capable of selling personal information but, more importantly, they were ignorant and unkind for no real reason. read more

Okay now let's get to the review, so I am going to be honest and say I traumatized myself watching chiropractic videos before I came in but thankfully Dr. K truly is caring towards his patients. He listens to what they actually are feeling. I told him about my pain on my left side and my daily routine. He listened and found the problem immediately, he got started on the adjustment right after and I have never felt such relief. I don't trust even myself cracking my neck and he made me feel so comfortable and the relief I am feeling for trusting him is so worth it. I've had shoulder issues for around 5 years and have tried Physio and sports massage but no luck. A friend had visited Dr K for a shoulder issue so I thought I would give it a try. Doctor Milad Keshavarz is absolutely phenomenal! After only 3 sessions with him, I can tell he truly cares about his patients and their health. He does his job from a place of passion and incorporates functional medicine and a holistic approach that modern medicine fails to address. Dr. K goes above and beyond to learn your medical history and uncover what is causing issues instead of just masking symptoms. He only charges $59 for an initial visit that includes x-rays with annotated findings and sends them to you via email. I got into a car accident. The back pain got worse over next few days. The first day I had a transportation was the Saturday of the same week. After an online search, I decided to see Dr K since reviews about him seemed decent and he was available. After filling out many pages of forms, I was able to see the doctor quickly. Dr. K was courteous and soft-spoken. He guided every step clearly. He took X-ray on me and did some tests, which was making me move and bend in various ways. Now, the reasons I gave 2 stars: First, I didn't want to take X-ray. I asked, "Can you please treat me without taking X-ray?" He firmly said, "A car accident involves grave liability. So X-ray is definitely necessary," or something in that line. I knew my injury was not such that would be determined by X-ray. But, since I really wanted help for the pain I was having, I followed his direction, just in case. After the X-ray and the test, he told me, "I'll read the images. Come back next Tuesday." Pardon? Did I hear it right? I went to his office to get treatment for the pain!! "Oh, you're not treating me today??" "No, treatment. But I'll give some muscle stimulation." (I don't remember the exact technical terms.) I asked again, "You're not treating me today?" His answer was the same. I was very disappointed because I wanted to get manual adjustment/treatment that would help. He asked me to lie down on my stomach and put several cold patches on my back and turned the machine that made the patches give me 'pulses' which he said would stimulate and help my muscles relax. That was for about 7-8 minutes. He then dismissed me, saying, "Come back Tuesday." Why not Monday...? I wondered and thought he was booked on Monday. Now, the pain worsened over the weekend, and I really needed help right away. I resented myself for choosing Dr K because I didn't get help for my condition at his clinic. Monday morning, I looked for another chiropractor who could help me right away. More than 24 hours in advance, I called Dr K's office to cancel the appointment with him. He picked up the phone and told me his clinic was closed that day. I sincerely apologized to him for having to cancel it, and he said it was fine and he understood. I also asked him for a copy of the X-ray and his invoice that would be sent to my insurance company. It was because I had to track how much is spent to not go over the med coverage I have. He said he would text me the X-ray and email me the invoice in a few days. For 10 days, I didn't receive anything. On the 10th day, my insurance told me that Dr K charged 555.00. I was surprised. I called his office to get copy of X-ray and invoice, but I realized I called 2 minutes before the opening hour. So I called again in about 10 minutes. Ms Sarah who is usually at the reception picked up the phone and said they were 'closed' until afternoon. I told her what I needed and that Dr K had told me he would send those items to me. She said, "We sent all the invoice to the insurance company." I repeated what I needed. She said she would relay the info to Dr K and he might contact me. In that afternoon, I called their office when they were open, hoping to make my need clear to Dr K. Ms Sarah said the same thing, "We sent everything to your insurance company. I relayed your message to him. He's busy today." I told her what needs to be sent to 'me.' Then she snapped and yelled, "You called so many times. Why do you bother us?" OMG, excuse me...?! The way she yelled at me gave me so much stress. I didn't know how to get 'my X-ray, my info' and she tells me I'm bothering them...?! I got stressed out for the whole day, wondering how to handle the situation. She called me next morning and asked for my email address. She said Dr K had already sent X-ray to me. Whatever happened, the fact was: I had not received anything. She also told me a copy of invoice was 'mailed (USPS)' to me, even though Dr K had said he would email it to me. That day, thankfully, she emailed me X-ray images, so I got them, finally. She also left an voice message, "Did you get them? Have a nice day." Two days later, I got a copy of invoice, too, through the regular mail. For my limited med coverage, I was discussing about treatment with my current chiropractor. When I told him that the other doctor(Dr K) charged me 555.00 for the service said above, he rolled his eyes, saying, "Did he charge you that much?" That was more than 1/4 of the med coverage I could use for my entire treatment for the injury I suffered. The current chiropractor office gave me a full evaluation AND treatment of my whole body on the first day. This was how it was done with another chiropractor who had helped me in the past also. No X-ray but immediate and helpful treatment from day 1. Dr K and Ms Sarah seemed to be hard-working people. I wish them the best. For me, though, the treatment was not helpful, the bill was high, and communication with their office was sub par. read more

I am happy that i found such amazing, knowledgeable and intelligent doctor. I was unable to move my neck to different sides, I had such a bad pain, headaches. I visited so many doctors before, and I can't say they wouldn't do anything.. but my pain was coming back and I was having same, sometimes even worse pain. Honestly I lost my hope, till I notice some add on Facebook. I don't know but I got a feeling that he will help me for sure. And guess what happened?
