Dr Simon definitely knows what he's doing, but the adjustments are pretty standard nothing tailored, same for everyone and I really wish he'd understand women's health more. I picked this chiropractor because of the high review ranking and proximity to my place. When I called I was pleased and surprised that a human answered straight away and I didn't have to go through a litany of computer prompts to reach a person. The woman I spoke with (Nancy) was pleasant and knowledgeable and was able to give me a same day appointment. When I arrived, street parking was close, easy and free. The waiting room and treatment rooms were tidy, clean and comfortable. I don't know if there are other doctors working there, but I was treated by Dr Simon himself, who took his time evaluating my issue and giving me an adjustment. I was subsequently sent to other treatment rooms for more treatments and therapies. After it all, I felt such relief. Dr Simon is very knowledgeable. I've never been to a chiropractor until I got injured recently. I first went to a different chiropractor that I think pretty much ripped me off and did not address my issues. However, from the moment I walked into this office I was greeted by friendly staff and felt welcomed right away. He did a couple of treatments for me and explained what my issue was. Also asked to see the x-ray that was done from my injury which I really appreciated. This office uses many techniques, not just realignment and readjustments. I loved the different devices that they have, and felt like my appointment was anywhere between 45 minutes to an hour. it's also very affordable. After seeing Dr. Simon for ONE VISIT, I have had the best night sleep this entire summer. Period! If you can imagine, it's hard for me to relax but for the entire session, the moment I arrive until I leave, it's the only calm I have in my day and I'm so grateful. I came in with severe neck/upper back pain and he worked out all my blockages/kinks in my back and neck, providing relief, support and release that I haven't felt for the past year. I've always had back discomfort and in addition, threw my back out a year ago. I'm constantly cracking my back and had tension and soreness which I thought going to Thai massage therapists would relieve. I always thought a chiropractor would be too expensive until my sister told me it actually was affordable. That was all I needed to search for a good reviewed Yelp chiropractor. There was a special at the time and 5 stars with good reviews so I thought I'd try it. The receptionist was very nice on the phone and got me in 2 days later. This was my first adjustment and everything was wonderful from beginning to end. The receptionist was very sweet and kind. I saw Dr. Gross and he has a great bedside manner, explaining everything and making sure I was comfortable. He spotted my problem that threw my back out right away and my body cracked in ways I never expected! After, I had an electrode and massage treatment. I left the office feeling like a million bucks and we have a treatment plan going forward. I really appreciate the doctor and staff. Good chiropractors are hard to find. I'm a tall dude and this world is made for short people, so I have chronic neck and lower back pain. Hence the need to get adjusted. Being a bigger guy and someone who has been seeing chiropractors since the 80s, I would say I'm a pretty good judge. Dr Simon exceeded my expectations, even after reading all his great reviews. Dr. Simon is a magician - I went to him with some very intense lower back and sciatic leg pains from a herniated disc. Each time I went the pain subsided completely for the day and within a week was gone completely. I had not seen a chiro for an adjustment in a bit. They took me in literally at the ninth hour when they were about to close. I have never had a more thorough chiro visit, ever. Dr. Simon asked pointed questions to ge to the bottom of my issues. I received several types of treatment - from full adjustment, to the roller table, to electricity, to cold / heat and more. Within two visits I went from barely being able to move to returning back to my functional self. Stress can really do a number on you and if you don't take care of it, things like this (back going out) can happen. I'll be going for regular visits moving forward. Dr. Gross is the best! He's very knowledgeable and explains everything you need to know. In your first visit, he'll walk you through everything he does so you know exactly what's going to happen. I decided to see a chiropractor to help with my headaches and it was the best decision! Dr. Gross always knows exactly what areas are bothering me without me having to mention anything at all. On today's visit, I had a headache coming in but immediately after an adjustment on my neck, I felt better. I left the office without a headache and it was a great feeling! Love coming to Dr. Simon for regular adjustments! I recently had some sharp pains in my left chest and back. I went to a Urgent Care and after running x-rays and other tests, they found that everything was fine. They diagnosed that it may be a possible muscular issue and that I should go see my chiropractor. Upon telling Dr. Simon where I was having pain and issues, he felt around my chest and back where the pain was and he found that I had 2 pinched nerves. I'm excited to have been quickly evaluated by Dr. Simon and to continuously see him for any further recovery and/or regular adjustments. read more

I appreciate that you are actually responding to me and that me posting a review is the only way to receive one. It is clear your stance on not returning my money. My insurance provider called your office with me on the line to HELP since I was not receiving any response. They confirmed that your office refuses to return the funds I am due. So respectfully, I should have only paid $20 for my visit with my insurance I provided prior to my visit but was charged $69 that I paid at the end of my visit. So I am due $49. It doesn't make sense why my insurance provider would waste their time to call your office more than once for me and lie. I have accepted I will not receive it but felt it only right to share my experience.
