I used them to prepare my Last Will and Testament and they did a great job. It was so easy. I just filled out a questionnaire and answered some follow up questions and within 2 weeks I received all my documents in the mail. Elise Lazarus is the most condescending rude incompetent irritating lawyer I ever had a chance of working with. When she allowed me 2 seconds to finish my sentence explaining what happened she interrupted me every step of the way calling me a liar and telling me it's very unlikely what I'm claiming ever took place. After representing my self to the prosecutor and judge after Lazarus didn't show up to represent me on zoom court the court tried proceeding with the matter without my lawyer and pretended like I didn't have representation. Had to call Lazarus in the middle of this all happening and she claims they never sent her the court date. Then after Lazarus actually shows up the party framing me doesn't show up because they think I had legal representation. Little did they know I represented my self and I paid $300 to have an appearance from Lazarus all she did was show up saw it got dropped and left. I want my $300 back. Now a couple years later I'm in a similar situation and Mattleman weinroth sends me Lazarus again... she claims she doesn't remember me cause she's "so busy with her hundreds of cases" I need an ATTORNEY. Not someone who is so gullible to the harsh realities of the real world. read more

Their Jeff Malatesta feebly attempted to collect a large money judgement after I receive a default (the other side didn't show or file and appearance) which took him upwards of $7K dollars and 2 years with no results. He, then, called me up to tell me that he and his law firm, MWM, would no longer be handling the collection of my large judgement, leaving me, a handicapped and disabled Vietnam Era Veteran in a real lurch and predicament. The defendant was sitting on over $1M Dollars in real property and Malatesta or his superiors apparently never heard of a "Property Execution" or a "Sheriff's Auction" of real property to satisfy a judgement by the Gloucester County Superior Court. I got offered all kinds of blatantly false explanations and excuses such as "you got what you paid for," "We don't do collections (which isn't true according to their website) , then Michael Magnano l, their practice manager, attempted to solicit an unreasonable amount of money, $5K, (Estimated time and fees paid to the court and the Gloucester County Sheriff's Department would actually not be in excess of $1K) to continue doing the collection before he decided to "blow me off." This law firm is both morally and ethically bankrupt. If I am unable to collect my large money judgement because of the misfeasance, malfeasance, and lack of morality and ethics then I will have no choice but to bring a Federal Diversity of Jurisdiction action in the Federal District Court for the Second District of Connecticut, along with filing an ethics complaint against Malatesta, Magnano and their law firm, MWM, with the New Jersey Bar Association's Disciplinary and Grievance Committee asking for sanctions up to and including disbarment. In summation, these pretend lawyers are not the smartest, nor the most moral or ethical people in their profession. So, please do not waste your time or your money on them! WILLIAM PARKS read more

After initial conversation with George Weinroth of Mattleman, Weinroth and Miller, LLC, (401 Rt. 70E, Ste. 100, Cherry Hill, NJ 08034), I signed a retainer on May 18, 2020 with the law firm to execute a transfer of deed from my mother to myself, the executor of her estate and heir. Gillian Sidelsky, Esq. was assigned to handle this transaction. Since I shared inheritance of the subject property with five siblings, each had to sign an affidavit relinquishing their present interest. During the next several weeks, I submitted documentation, traded emails, and had at least two telephone conversations with Ms. Sidelsky and her assistant, Ms. Kimberly Mocombe. We got stuck on the recording of the legal description of the property which was described by an original deed, a subsequent deed for acreage added to the property, and a letter from the Ewing Township engineer consolidating the disparate lots including a portion of a paper lot owned by the Township. Ms. Sidelsky's solution did not specifically mention the land from the second deed and only 'slightly' referenced the consolidation letter from the Township. I indicated that the property boundaries were being inadequately described and stated my concern that this might be problematic for any future transfer of title. After much back and forth, Ms. Sidelsky stated that the documentation submitted did not allow a more specific reference to the second deed and that a brief reference to the Township consolidation letter was sufficient. I disagreed and indicated that I was not satisfied with the legal description. Ms. Sidelsky offered no options or remedies for my concerns. After several challenges to her solution, I relented to her legal opinion. All affidavits were signed, notarized and returned by July 13, 2020.The prepared deed with addenda was assembled and submitted to Mercer County for recording on or about July 14, 2020. A substantial amount of time passed with no status updates from the firm. All, or substantially all, communication was initiated by me. Finally on September 14, 2020, I was informed that the recorded deed had been received and would be mailed to me. Upon receipt and inspection, I noticed that the legal description of the property, a matter that I had considered crucial and inadequately prepared, was entirely absent from the recorded documents. This had obviously escaped the attention of the assigned parties. I informed the firm of this oversight. Ms. Sidelsky and staff agreed to pursue this with the County. Again, after several inquiries by me, I was consistently told that the County had been informed, but no updates were available. I asked that the entire resources of the firm be used to correct this oversight. On January 7, 2021, I contacted the firm for another update. I was informed by automatic reply that Ms. Sildelsky had left the firm. Apparently, her paralegal had also departed. With an active case on file, I had received no notification of their departure, nor notice of the reassignment of the case. A reply to an email stated that Ms. MaryLynn Visconti, a paralegal, under the direction of John C. Miller, III, Esq. would follow-up with the County. A letter to the principals of the firm, Messrs. George Weinroth and John C. Miller, III, received no response. Over the course of the next several weeks, Ms. Visconti and I exchanged emails. Finally, on April 19, 2021, I received notification that the corrected deed had been received and would be mailed to me. I received the new deed within the next few days. This firm, even in the midst of a pandemic demonstrated extraordinary unprofessionalism, incompetence and misconduct displayed as disregard for a client, poor communication and low creativity. It is fitting that such poor performance be recorded for others to review and that their record be accordingly blemished. I WOULD STRONGLY NOT recommend this firm! read more

I can't say enough about them- they are really an asset to the firm and a great independently and unstoppable as a duo. Any home purchase is stressful- I knew when I had to contact either one of these ladies, they were READY and WILLING to help. There was no phone tag, cold personalities, poor attitudes, egos or misinformation. I was able to ask questions I didn't know the answers to without feeling inadequate or less than, they really made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process, not just on the first and last day. I feel like they had my best interest in mind and stopped everything just to speak to me- even before closing day. I had a few hiccups and changes as many do but they didn't stress, they knew how to handle everything quickly and professionally. I would not recommend this law office, namely Allison Weinroth. She did nothing to protect our best interest nor explain anything when representing my family for a shared parenting consent order. We wrote everything and she never advised us on anything. We were simply billed and nothing was done for us other than forwarding emails and mailing letters. I would steer clear of her services and this office. We went off a recommendation and we are sad that we put so much trust in the reference. read more
