You're asked to come into the office early on in the process to meet with various recruiters so they can learn more about your skills and what you're looking for. At first it seems overkill, since most other recruiters take a 10-20 minute phone call to do your screening. However, I believe it paid off to have the face-to-face screening. From here moving forward - I worked mostly with Natalia (she placed me at my current job) and Hoshi (who worked with me on an interview that didn't result in me getting the job). Both recruiters worked hard to get me interviews and kept me informed as to where I was in the process, which I appreciated greatly. Natalia and Hoshi recognized my skillset and saw which jobs would be great matches for me. They're pros, they know what to look for and go with their knowledge. Natalia worked with me to get me my current job. She pushed me out of my comfort zone, even though I hesitated a few times. Long story short, she really knew what would be best, and helped get me a great job at a great salary. I highly recommend working with Jobspring when you're looking for your next job.

Completely unnecessary and unacceptable behavior. Bad customer service. I submitted a resume and was asked to call back for a phone conversation to start the process. I was matched with Sheldon. When we were beginning the registration process, he realized I was already on file and his attitude completely changed and he became very rude. He informed me that I had been asked to do a video interview with him two and a half years ago and I logged on and out and didn't respond to his voicemail asking what happened. He was confrontational about this and asked me if I remembered this. I apologized and said I didn't (it's been 2.5 years) and told him it had probably just been a connection issue. He rudely said "well what can I do for you now?" as if he's been holding this grudge. Maybe he just had a bad day, but it felt very unprofessional and he ended the call with this tone that felt like he wasn't going to assist me because of this, which is unfair. Being the professional I am, I sent an apologetic email about not following up 2.5 years ago. Then I went through my texts with him and saw that I had actually followed up about the technical difficulties and had asked to reschedule, and he never responded back to me. Even if I hadn't, it would have still been incredibly unprofessional for him to talk to me like that. I'm sure having people not follow up is frustrating, but it's recruiting. It's part of the industry. And it definitely does not mean that you get to talk down to people because of it, especially if years have passed. And I was communicative both 2.5 years ago and today. They are an agency that doesn't respond to emails and doesn't respond to their own sms messaging system even if they contact you in that way first. Looking for employment can be frustrating but being demeaned (especially for something you didn't even do) is not something anyone should have to deal with. I would not recommend this place. They need to learn better communication and customer service.

It's sickening that we have to go through an interview process for what to sit on file, so they have good number to show at the end of the year, having recruiters get promoted to senior and executive levels for not doing nothing... I can go on and on about them being rude to me when asking about a job posting, not picking up the phone, not returning phone calls, transferring you to someone because they don't want to talk, or for bonus putting you on hold but hanging up instead :) but for now I will say working with this location (Philadelphia) has been the worse and I don't recommend.
