At first it seems overkill, since most other recruiters take a 10-20 minute phone call to do your screening. However, I believe it paid off to have the face-to-face screening. I had major issues with my balance owed and had added interest from IRS penalties. I called for guidance and assistance, and they practically blew me off. "Upload your IRS notice to the portal and We'll get you a rebate, we'll look into it and call you back" no call backs, two weeks go by and I have to call many times. $600 for the service and I owe over $3000 dollars to IRS with accrued penalties that could've been prevented or explained with some guidance from "tax professionals". I am truly disappointed. I was patient and respectful, they did a poor job at helping when I needed it the most. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. YOU CAN FIND SOMEONE OR SOMEWHERE ELSE CHEAPER TO PUT YOU IN FINANCIAL RUIN.
