We like to support local businesses today in the world of internet shopping and we appreciated not only the huge amount of furniture there we could physically touch and feel but even for pieces we ordered that weren't physically there they had other pieces we could see in a different color or style so we could still see the construction and quality of the furniture brand. Amanda could not have been more helpful or knowledgeable! She has an amazing ability to plot out and visualize how things will look in the space of the room and we really needed that! They have been super accommodating and even offered to send us a temporary console to put our TV on since the one we ordered will take a couple extra weeks to arrive from the rest of the things. Never did she advise me against the Ashley couch I was looking at. We ended up buying it and have only had it less than 2 years and the fabric is pilling horribly to the point of thinning the fabric so much it will need to be replaced soon. When they delivered it, it also had a broken off foot and was scratching our hardwood floor without our knowledge. When I talk to Katie about the problems, she told me that it was my fault because I was cheap. Wow! Absolutely zero customer service or even compassion. I was absolutely not being cheap! I relied on Katie being honest with me and she clearly wS not. I will never set foot in that store again and will tell everyone I know that's looking for furniture of my experience there. I basically threw $800+ out the window because of them!

We have gone through the proper channels for repairs twice. Each time, it takes at least two weeks for the repair company to come out, four to six weeks to receive the part, then another two weeks to come install the new part that still doesn't solve the problem. We have called the store on several occasions to make them aware of the problems. Lynn proved to be ineffective and rude. Today I visited the store to talk to Mike, the owner. I asked for some resolution to our problem. I didn't expect a refund, just thought maybe he could help us with a replacement until we have a working oven. He called me "a nut job" and threaten to call the police if I didn't leave the store. Yes, I was angry. I explained that he would be angry in my situation too. He walked in his office and shut the door. I left his store and I will never step foot in there again. I advise you do the same.
