My husband and I just purchased a king sized bed from Sleep Country and our experience was great. Though we just purchased a queen sized mattress about two years ago (not from Sleep Country...), we had purchased a very low-end mattress and it exaggerated my husband's back and neck pain and affected our quality of sleep. We went on a Sunday, and there were two saleswomen, and only one other customer in the store. We were greeted right away by the saleswoman that was free and she quickly identified our needs. Another couple came in at some point while we were trying out mattresses and our saleswoman greeted them and began to help them while we were deciding. The other saleswoman became available, and went back to the desk rather than helping the second couple. While our saleswoman never left us when we needed her and only when we were deciding on our purchase, she did leave the second couple several times to check on us and answer any further questions we had. This didn't bother me, but if we had been the other couple, I would have been quite unhappy. That is the only complaint I had about our experience. We went in to Sleep Train with no intention of finding a mattress that day. We are very particular and like to shop around to feel confident that we made the right decision. Tim was an outstanding salesman. He must have broken a record for how much time he spent with us as we tried out almost every mattress in the store. He was able to pinpoint what we were looking for and got us an amazing deal. We are moving to Portland and were able to schedule the mattress to get delivered there next month but still able to get the great Labor Day sales price with no tax included. Sleep Train offers ,120 day love your mattress or your money back which gives us peace of mind since we are so picky. I, along with many of you, waited till the last minute to shop for Christmas. So, running out of time Icalled Sleepcountry in Longview, WA and requested that I be able to purchase a bed over the phone. Jennifer or Jessica was VERY knowledgeable about the products they carried....so much so that I felt very comfortable purchasing a bed sight unseen based on the information she gave me. Couple that with a 20 year warranty and free delivery, I feel I made out like a bandit. I can't really go wrong with that level of warranty and they deliver!!! Bridget and the rest of staff worked really hard to find the right bed for me. I am a very picky person, but Bridget was patient. Came into the store with a set budget, and walked out with a good feeling, and money in my pocket. This was a big purchase for my household budget, but it was well worth it. A manager named Bridget helped us. We were in a bad spot. We just moved to the area from TN and our movers still hasn't showed up with our shipment. I am pregnant and had been sleeping on the floor for 3 weeks. We looked around a lot with Bridget and she was very knowledgeable on every product. We ultimately found a mattress that we took home ourselves that night. It was a very pleasant experience. They are a little pricey, but the mattresses are definitely worth it. read more

Sally was very helpful & experienced! We tried out 3 beds before she pointed us toward the one & only for us (Tempur-Pedic Cloud Luxe). We both are side sleepers & Love Soft beds. The Tempur-Pedic Cloud Luxe is the Softest Bed they make. Your hips and shoulders just sink in like quick sand. It does take some breaking in (by walking on it).
