We had a great experience here! We needed a new mattress for our bedroom and had been looking…read moreonline, but decided we really needed to actually try the mattress. We went in and were lucky enough to meet the store's manager Howard Wakefield who was fantastic AND comes with a bonus accent at no extra charge lol. The selection in this store was huge, but Howard had us do the bedMATCH diagnostic test, that took three minutes and, true to what Howard said, was completely painless. This gave us seven or eight recommendation. We then narrowed it down to four, based on our preference for a softer (plush) mattress. Howard showed us an adjustable base that is compatible with our mattress and allows us to raise both the head and the feet if we want! The head part is great for watching tv or using our laptops and phones. The feet up is amazing for our lower back pain, especially at the end of a hard day! The feet up also improves circulation I'm told. We went a bit over our initial budget due to adding the base, but we completely know it was worth it for 10 plus years of comfort and great sleep and we've earned this and are worth it. We used their 0% financing through Synchrony which Howard set up in store and was super quick and easy. Delivery was free and included setting up everything we had bought. They offer haul away of the old for $30 a piece (I think that's the price, it's cheaper than the trash man anyway), but we kept our old mattress and box spring for the guest room. The delivery guys were great, very courteous, strong, efficient and professional. In conclusion we got far more than we expected service wise. quality wise, a guarantee that we won't find it cheaper for a whole year! If we can find it cheaper Mattress Warehouse will match that price AND this is included FREE, not an insurance policy you have to buy on top. We did buy an extended warranty to cover the adjustable base for 10 extra years, it was $99 and a bargain as all parts, labor and repairs are include. Oh and we bought a Vertex mattress cover to protect our new mattress; beautiful fabri, machine washable, doesn't bunch up when we use our base which is always ha, ha. It also keeps my furnace of a husband cool and like Howard promised doesn't make me cold (I'm an iceberg). If you need a mattress, call the store (215-821-1935) make sure Howard is working and go in and see him. Tell him I sent you lol.

We recently completed major overhauls of both our kitchen and large upstairs bath, and Jen's guidance and support throughout - proved integral to our overall happiness with the outcomes. To touch on the obvious points of feedback first - (1) Weinstein's showroom is beautiful. It's always current, displaying the most on-trend designs, while also providing options at various budget points; (2) Their products are top-notch and built to last. After many years and failed experiences purchasing from big-box stores, only to have to replace faulty products within a couple of years... the investment in quality plumbing infrastructure and fixtures has proven itself time & time again - in saving money in the long run. Those items aside - what makes Weinsteins my 'go-to' is their incredibly knowledgeable staff & their customer-first business practices. Our family is THRILLED with the outcome of our kitchen and bath renovations - and Jen proved to be an integral part of the success of both. I can honestly say - major design & product mistakes & omissions would have occurred - had Jen not partnered with us throughout (and this was even with working with a top notch builder). She finds and creates solutions to make your visions come to life. As examples - after feeling frustrated that our new Thermador refrigerator did not come with a built-in, drinking water filtration system - Jen came up with the option of a separate, chilled & filtered drinking-water faucet & line - directly on our sink. This was a particularly tall-order to implement though, as we also needed the core system to work with the other plumbing fixtures already selected. Jen scoured her sources and found us two universal chilling/filtration systems - with infrastructure that would work with our selected Brio fixtures (and worked with her Plumbing Supply manager to confirm the solution's success with confidence). She provided a further design optimization solution in suggesting to our contractor that they install the base filtration unit on a shelf in the basement - to ensure we still had plenty of usable storage space in our under-sink cabinetry. Our builder, himself, was so impressed with the complete solution - that he later opted to install it in his own family's home. As another example of Jen's above and beyond design knowledge and expertise - her guidance ultimately led us to revamping the already set layout of our shower and entire bathroom. While picking the fixtures themselves, Jen questioned some of the details in the design - which led us to realizing that we ultimately had a less-then ideal design & were not optimizing the space to it's best potential; (And again - this was while working with a top-end builder who we equally respect and will always work with.) Jen just has a level of knowledge and expertise in the kitchen and bath space that is so valuable to any renovation project; And she goes above and beyond just "selling" - to really helping you create solutions that ultimately make your finished projects the best they can be. As a last point of feedback, all major renovations come with some issues. In the one instance where we had an issue with the plumbing hardware, several months after the kitchen was complete - Jen and the Weinstein's team managed it with a very customer-first focus. They provided a replacement product within days, and managed all of the backend warranty details with the manufacturer directly - not requiring our involvement in any part. Absolutely worst customer service and quality of work I have ever experienced. The designer had no…read moreidea what he was doing, did not know how to use the software and ignored our calls and emails once he realized he was out of his league. Promised a 3D design, which never happened. Project was delayed by weeks, was supposed to last 5 weeks and was not completed for nearly 6 months. Over a dozen workers came and went with none of them knowing what they had to do from day to day. Wrong design plans were given to them. Failed inspections, which caused further delays, which we were then blamed for by the builder. Still outstanding issues and problems. Have had plumbing and HVAC redone by outside services because every time I bring up a problem I am told by Executive that the work was done correctly and there is nothing wrong. Toilet clogging (was told by Executive it was fine, turns out the wax ring was not installed correctly, $300 for me to replace), improper venting causing furnace to shut down ($475 for me to redo), improper insulation causing pipes to freeze (still being worked on with additional out of pocket expenses). When I asked Executive about the possibility of pipes freezing they told me not to worry as they were flexible and won't break (You would think they would make sure they don't freeze in the first place). Terrible trim and crown moulding work which I am waiting three months now to be redone and have not heard back. I could go on but it's been almost a year of this disaster with no end in sight.
