The gentlemen bring my rug in, move my furniture as I wish and leave the room looking great. When our new puppy chewed two holes in the rug, Jim provided me with several options: re-weave, patch or trade in for credit towards a new rug. We chose patching as it was most economical. I cannot find the patches!!! These guys are really good! Lastly, there are no games at Knots & Weaves. I know I'm paying a fair price for exceptional quality = Peace of Mind.

I ended up purchasing 3 outdoor vanilla umbrellas and an outdoor portable cart, which I can use to transport food to my pool. The staff here was really kind. They quickly help and politely came over to me and helped me find what I needed. They also helped me load everything into my car. Price-wise this store is pretty pricey, but they had some discounts available. For example, they were having a 10% off sale for Father's Day. Altogether, this is a great store for summer furniture.

Despite having multiple, and usually empty, parking spots both in front of and behind the store, their employees continuously take up every spot on the neighboring street, a street where actual residents clearly do not have enough parking. They have been asked politely and repeatedly by residents if they could please use their own parking, and they refuse. Rudely. There are many elderly residents on the street who end up having to walk from a block away because employees of the store take up minimally three to four parking spots every day. After the blizzards, when we spent many hours digging out a few precious spots, Norman's employees rolled in and took them. As I wrote, I cannot speak to how they do as a business, but if this is how they treat their neighbors, I'm guessing they are the opposite of nice and or integrity based people to do business with, which seems to be the case judging by their terrible reviews.

Even though we recognized there are limited deals or things that the department can offer, I would have liked a little more engagement or understanding of the tempur pedic process. While my pregnant wife was slowly trying the beds, another customer rep kept on eyeing us with hurried glances because we were delaying her customer from trying out the beds. This was unnecessary. Also they forgot to give us our pillows when we were leaving. This wasn't a big deal, but it did cause some minor issues as I had to call Grossman when the mattress were available, and they forgot about it, and the delivery people also forgot to bring it with them and had to drive back.

I managed to find a mattress I liked, but the prices elsewhere were out of reach. However, Whole House Fine Furniture's prices seemed to somehow have remained low. While they had a limited selection of mattresses, they carried some top end stuff including the one I settled on elsewhere (just for significantly cheaper). They even through in delivery. Worth noting that those delivery guys were on point. I felt bad having them climb 3 flights of stairs, but they were up with the mattress in no time. They even helped rewrap my old mattress and get it down to the street. While I haven't purchased anything else from Whole House Fine Furniture, they do have a huge selection of most any furnishings you can think of. We checked out a few coffee table options and might be back for one sooner than planned. I'd definitely recommend a visit if you're on or around Main Street.

Items were around the price you would expect so good pricing and with the added discount made it seem worthwhile. Delivery costed around $80 and covered both the mattress and sofa. They were flexible about delivery days and if you need a more specific time that isn't within a range of hours they are willing to help. Delivery was done professionally and can be scheduled within days (obviously depending on warehouse availability which I had no trouble with). The first sofa was too large for my apartment (I ordered before moving in) so they took it back and I went in and got a smaller one. They didn't charge extra delivery fee and were very helpful and understanding. Next one fit well. I would recommend this place.
