The ones she had were old, smelly and her son had recently passed away on one. It was a terrible situation. Anyway, we stopped into Sparks Furniture - We were lucky enough to speak with Tim. He went above and beyond and once we found the set we wanted he allowed us to take the floor model. What a blessing! The quality of the couches we purchased was great, they still looks amazing and the prices were extremely reasonable. This was our third and final stop that day. The first two shops either didn't have the quality or the employees didn't seem to want to help us. If i was in the market to buy any furniture I would definitely shop at Sparks. I highly recommend and I want to apologize for not writing this review sooner. We really appreciated how Tim went the extra mile, was honest knowledgeable and friendly. Love this store!!!

I went into Sparks…read moreFurniture (who sold me the couch) on three occasions and left them photos of the reclining mechanism that needed repair and they told me to contact the repair person involved. I did just that and he told me that he contacted the "Best Home Furnishings" manufacturing company to get the springs necessary to fix my couch. He told me they didn't have any parts for my couch so I contacted the company on two occasions and they told me the same thing. I think their lifetime warranty are just words that sound good in order to encourage people to purchase their products. Not having any parts in stock is a way the company doesn't have to be responsible for warranty repairs. We purchased a number of items including a bedroom suite: dresser, highboy, two night stands, and a very faulty frame, as well as a dinette set, and coffee table cost: We dropped quite a chunk of change in the process. We did have a bit of a problem with delivery of the coffee table, but with COVID rampant, that was to be expected. What we did not expect was that the bed would collapse within a month of purchase with a broken rail while we were sleeping! Either the design of the bed was faulty or it was incorrectly put together. For three of those weeks prior to the big crash in the middle of the night, I was traveling across country and only my husband was sleeping in the bed alone. But we had insurance, right! Everything should be fine! That's when we had a really rude awakening! We went back to Ashley immediately after the Big Crash. It was impossible to get thru to customer service. We finally had a a service visit scheduled two weeks later. Meanwhile, we are sleeping on the box springs and mattress on the floor. (Something I haven't done since college over 40 years ago!) Serviceman came and stated the bed could NOT be repaired...and then silence from Ashley. After a week of no further communication, I called AGAIN. After a run around with sales it was determined that a new rail had been ordered. And then, more silence. I waited over another week and called customer service AGAIN. I was told that Ashley had been trying to reach us. Interesting, since the Askley/ Sam Levitt number NEVER appeared on either of our phones. However, the rail would be delivered on Saturday,BUT it wasn't! Again silence from Ashley. I called customer service twice ( disconnected the first time) and was told there was a problem with the truck. The service person said he would check with his supervisor and call me right back, but he didn't. Anyone want to by a new, but broken bed? Literally, don't waste your time with Ashley, cause you "won't get no satisfaction!"

Although they initially appeared…read moreattentive and engaged with managers during the sales process, their level of assistance diminished significantly after payment. They charged my credit card the agreed-upon amount but then claimed I had not ordered a specific item, despite having placed the order, signed documentation, and completed all necessary procedures. Additionally, they failed to assemble my bed, leaving the mattress on the floor. When I requested receipts and documentation related to their claims, they refused to provide them. I was forced to contact the company's CEO and founder to obtain email correspondence with copies of all relevant documents. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against shopping at this store. Despite multiple attempts to reach them today, they have not responded to my calls. Avoid this store; it's clear why very few people shop there. Their customer service is terrible, and they never have answers.

We went to another furniture vendor, before going to Bob's. At first, the prices for bedroom furniture looked equivalent. Then I noticed that Bob's was selling complete bedroom suites for the prices of headboards and footboards at the other store. We ended up buying two complete bedroom suites with white glove delivery and set-up service. The furniture was delivered within days of our order. The delivery was flawless, efficient, and professional. The gentlemen who installed the furniture took the time to look at the locations and discuss layout options, with an eye towards, accessibility, functionality and aesthetics of appearance. They constructed the furniture on site, and cleaned every bit of the debris away, including vacuuming any stray bits of Styrofoam. In and out in less than 3 hours, they did a fantastic job. Moreover, the furniture is all high quality lumber and sturdy construction. There's an old saying, "Happy Wife, Happy Life." Well, my wife loves it. So, needless to say, my life is great! Seriously, Bob's did a great job, you should definitely check them out..

    Bob's Discount Furniture- Warranty Experience…read more I am writing to formally express my extreme frustration regarding the handling of my "Goof Proof Warranty" claim for a sofa set purchased in September 2025. On November 22, 2025, I filed a claim for a ripped flip-down table. Since then, I have experienced a series of administrative failures and misinformation: - Initial Delay: A technician did not visit until December 9, 2025. - Misleading Information: Despite being told in December that a replacement part was ordered, I discovered through the portal that the order was not actually placed until January 9, 2026--the same day I called to follow up. - Incorrect Part: After waiting until March 3, 2026, for delivery, the part received was incorrect. - Communication Failure: I have submitted photos of the incorrect part via the portal per Bobs request and responded to their specific email requests three separate times. Despite this, I was told that my claim is being restarted due to a perceived "lack of response" on my part. I have spent hours on the phone attempting to resolve this, only to be redirected to generic email addresses that clearly do not track my submissions even while I was on the phone with the agent. March 19, 2026 - Starting this process over after four months of waiting is unacceptable. As of this posting, I am waiting for the 2nd tech appt that is to occur today, thus starting the process over after 4 months of no resolution.
