We went to Macy's before to try them out but the sales staff was too pushy. After checking out a few at Preferred Mattress we picked out one we loved. It was placed in our bedroom later that day. We were pleasantly surprised that they had a queen-sized Sealy Hybrid plush for half the online price with one small black spot on the side, which was disclosed prior to purchase. The spot did not bother us, and we were thrilled to learn they could deliver same day ( maybe because it was on the weekend?) and would get a discount for providing 1 person to assist delivery driver with removing our old mattress and installing the new one. We narrowed our choice to two and McKenzie went over the pros and cons, again knowing the information off the top of her head, she was amazing! The shopkeeper was very friendly and courteous. I saw a rug I was interested in for my bedroom that was marked down from 400 to 100 and was made with real wool. I opted to think about it and after speaking with my boyfriend about the rug, I opted to buy it. I came back a week or so later and the one shop keeper remembered me from the other day and knew exactly what I had came for! The shopkeepers were helpful in getting me checked out and even organizing transportation for the rug as I had come in by foot and wanted to get it home that night.
