We walked into his store, and were immediately treated like family. We had many questions, and he was patient, kind, and very helpful. The only thing that he cared about, was making sure that we got exactly what we wanted. It was very obvious that his primary concern was not trying to sell us higher-priced furniture, but to listen to us, and help us. MCC has an excellent selection, in every department. After spending a few visits shopping, with his help, we walked away 100% satisfied. Pricing, customer service, delivery, communication, and assembly, were above and beyond. We have recommended MCC, especially Jacob, to many friends and family members. We will not shop anywhere else. Our furniture is beautiful! I don't post reviews very often but after my experience with multiple different locations and employees I just couldn't let this go. The coordination of completing our remodel and delivery of the furniture was no simple task. Neither was making up my mind! I called many different locations and every single time I called the sales person was incredible. I visited two locations and the experience was the same. We purchased a couch from them last September. It has a rip on the seam so. I called them to find out my options. I was told I didn't purchase a protection plan (which was never offered); however, there's a one year manufacture warranty on the item. This is a 3 piece sectional mind you. I then went to the website the same day and filled out the ticket (or whatever they call it) and sent pictures. We closed on our house on September 13th last year and the furniture was delivered on the 18th. I made this claim on the 3rd of September. When contacted by Will via email he told me the item was past the one year warranty, it was not. after me sending proof of the purchase and delivery dates he did not email me back. His number was on the bottom of the first email so I called and left a message with no response. I then called again 2 days later, giving him the option to return my call and he answers. At this point the unprofessionalism truly kicks in. He was not only rude by cutting me off every time i tried to speak, he also argued with me that tje item was more then a year old. He told .e he would contact Ashley furniture and let me know what they said. No joke today UPS drops off material on the front porch of my house for ME to reupholster the caise myself?!? Ordered a bedroom set for my daughter. A bed, 2 night stands, dresser, And a mattress - every piece was damaged had to return them all to get Replaced. They make you go through hoops to get stuff replaced, sending pictures and filing claims. Also at the same time ordered another mattress for myself was also defective. I think they are great, seen all the reviews & they are getting a bad rep, We were told ahead of time that it will be awhile before everything comes in & they contacted me several times about what was in. I was the one who could not get back right away & that's on me. We order our daughters whole bedroom set & we sent other family member's there and they have had no problems. Also we dealt with them during the first go around with covid & when everything shut down & they were very awesome & accommodating. We ordered new furniture for our new home on 05/08/2021. We ordered a seven piece sectional with a chaise, along with a wrought iron bed, mattress and box springs. We were informed by the staff it would be 8-10 weeks. I called weekly to get the availability dates of the furniture. Out of 7 pieces they only had three pieces on July 30th; and the mattress and box springs. The bed was back ordered, the staff was willing to assist and give us the display bed for a discount, and they also delivered the three pieces of the sectional at my request. Again, we just moved and did not have any living room furniture. My weekly follow up on August 20th - I was informed the availability of the other four pieces was pushed back until December, when previously it should have been available by 08/30/2021. I was then informed where the furniture was manufactured in Vietnam has been shut down. My weekly follow up on 08/27/2021 I was informed that our other pieces would not be in stock until March 2022. We made the decision to keep the bed, but return the three pieces of the sectional due to the extended delay. The week of Sept 1, I reached out to the salesmen and explained our concerns and requested to return the furniture and to have the owner call us. On Friday, September 3rd I awaited a call from the owner; I called and followed up with the salesmen and again they stated they would have him call me. Around 5:00 pm Daniel called me back to inform me the owner was not going to return my call because " he was going out of town for the Labor day weekend and did not want to deal with any problems." I would like to thank our salesmen for working with us to accomodate us as best as possible and our delivery person, we understand somethings are out their hands. As far as the owner, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, VERY UNBUSINESS LIKE, and only gave a take it or leave it option to return the furniture. We are being billed over $300.00 for delivery and pick up for issues from the company that are out of our control. I do not recommend buying furniture here as you will wait over 3.5 months or more to receive, and when trying to resolve the owner avoids conflict. Save yourself the trouble. read more

I don't speak for the other locations but Anne at the Fenton location is one of THE RUDEST people I have ever encountered in a sales position. She was accommodating all the way up to when she received our payment IN FULL for $4,100 worth of furniture. Once she had that, she lied about the delivery time, then didn't even call us to inform us that there would be a delay (we had to call and found out from someone else), then when trying to find out the exact amount of the delay, she said she was with a customer and would call us back. She never called back. We called the next day and talked to someone else, who tried to help us but couldn't because she didn't know the status. They finally tell us they can deliver everything but our headboard for our bed and would credit us the delivery fee of $100. We paid in full so the only way they could credit is to give us a check and said they would have the drivers bring it during the delivery. Guess what??? The drivers didn't have the check. Go figure. So we have to call Anne again and she was very rude, wouldn't tell us if they were coming with the the check for the second part of our delivery (the headboard) and tried to transfer us to delivery dispatch when she already told us she has the drivers numbers. We had 3 more rooms we needed to furnish and based on our initial experience were going to buy from them but now having gone through the whole process, not only are we not getting it here, I will tell other people we got the furniture at Ashley Furniture. There are too many options for furniture in this town and she just lost repeat customers for this company. read more

I have bought from Fenton and St Peters location. We bought an entire living room set and bedroom suite along with 2 additional mattresses. Our first 2 purchases were great. David was our salesman and he was extremely accommodating and friendly. Excellent customer service. We can say that we had great service with everyone until I had to deal with Anne. She was friendly up until receiving my payment and then as I walked out the door realized she charged me double for the mattress I bought for my son. It was $368 and she charged me $638. She not only did NOT apologize for the mistake, it took 30 minutes for her to get it corrected only to tell me that the mattress she initially said was in stock wasn't. Now she has my money and I had to wait 4 days to have the mattress delivered. If I called to check on the status, she was rude and short with me. When I spoke to anyone else I had great customer service. Then when we ordered a second mattress over the phone, it was the same rude service. Had I not known exactly what I wanted I probably would have gone elsewhere. Thankfully she is the only one that has made the experience bad and now when I call or buy something I make sure that Anne is not handling our order. Several MCC employees at different locations have said that Anne gets frequent complaints from customers so I'm not sure why she is still employed with them. I would recommend Midwest Clearance Center to any of NOT handle anything on the account. I would give them 5 stars if Anne wasn't involved but since she is I'm rating it a 3. I recently made over a 2 thousand dollars with this establishment. Furthermore, once I received the delivery I found that the wrong chest was delivered. This was this the wrong color, shade and style. Once I called the office I was told I would have to wait another 2 weeks for the new one to arrive. When the new one arrived, it was opened to find that the top was completely smashed in and the drawers were broken. It was immediately taken back, and when I called to discuss this with ANN she was VERY rude and not understanding my frustration at all. She kept saying this was not "their fault" and that it would be shipped out in over a week. I asked if any way possible that this could be processed faster and she told me NO. I received the new chest a week later in decent condition, HOWEVER will NEVER buy from this company again and will never recommend it again due to how they treat their customers. read more
