I waited for over a week and a half never got a response. Finally I reached back out and was told there is nothing they can do since it's been longer than 30 days. Any mattress company and any experts will tell you that 30 and 90 days to fully get used to a mattress. It's been two months and one week and this is the biggest piece of crap I've ever purchased. The gentleman we purchased it from was wonderful, patient and nice. A few weeks back we went back to buy a newer mattress and the man we purchased from seemed to not know what he was talking about, and had zero personality or interest in helping. We had to make a choice on a mattress in a hurry with little help from him. Once we purchased it, we loaded up our mattress and took it home. We slept on it one night and it was terrible. So we called the next day and asked if we could switch it out. The woman who answered also seemed agitated we called, was rude on the phone, offered us no option for replacement and just basically told us to kick rocks. I am incredibly surprised by the behavior of both of them, especially since they didn't want to even attempt to help us. My husband hasn't slept properly on this mattress in weeks. I plan on reporting them since they won't help in an exchange. I wish the person who ran it before was still working there. My husband has a bad back and neck and we are not a family of means. He was very, very busy, but he took his time with us, going over our options and, when we found the mattress that suited us, scheduled the delivery in record time and, when we realized the next day that we needed a queen-size frame, we went back and he made certain it was delivered at the same time as the mattress. Truck arrived within ten minutes of the scheduled start time window for delivery and the guys who put the frame together and carried the mattress upstairs were fast and nice. We went several places and looked on-line before we went to Mattress Firm Outlet, but I guess, since this is our second purchase from this store, we won't waste time looking elsewhere when we need another mattress.
