I was looking for mid century modern shelf decor and while I didn't find that one special item that caught my eye, I did find a couple of other items that I was happy to purchase. I was told by the manager that because they hadn't expired and were opened, even though they were rancid, she would not do the return. She further explained that if they were expired and rancid, she would do the return. I explained how that made no sense. If the product isn't expired but bad, of course you accept the return. He said great let me get my sons to bring it out to your car, there were teenage boys in the back room, they grabbed stand and took it to our car. The sales guy rang us up and we paid. Maybe 5 words spoken thru the whole transaction. He did say thank you? The boys put stand in the car and walked off. Not a word!! So you get it customer service SUCKED!!
