I had the great fortune to work with owner Traven, a few weeks ago. My wife and I had never met him before, but I was impressed. I've read his one rotten review, and all I can say is this: nothing could be farther from the truth. Our experience with him (and no, we didn't buy that day) was that he was patient, helpful, very friendly, and attentive. I even saw him handle three or four of us different customers, all at once. He was respectful, unhurried, and seemed like a guy that does not cuss. He was quite kind and eager to please, ensuring that we were well educated and informed. Due to other credits, we didn't end up purchasing from him, but I would go back there, in a heartbeat. I'm giving him five stars because he was stellar, non-pressure, and genuinely very interested in making sure (no matter where we shopped) that we got the very best fit, for our needs. We came here to get a twin for our son. The salesman who helped us was super nice, didn't pressure us, and gave us the information we needed. There was a nice selection, even in the lower range we were looking at. They had the one we wanted in stock, so we came back later in the day with our truck and got it. Overall, the process was easy and a good value. They have a standard mattress return policy (use a cover - no stains, exchanges only) but want you to sleep on it for a month to really get a feel for it. I would go back in a heartbeat. read more

Horrible. The salesman, who said he was one of the owners, treated us very poorly today (2/6/20). I recognize my portion of fault in the situation, but the owners response was absolutely uncalled for. I was renting a car next door, and the employees were all busy. Our kid had been needing a bathroom for the last 20 minutes and there didn't appear to be one at the car place, so my wife went into 2 Brothers Mattress and asked if they could use the bathroom. Now, I understand why a business wouldn't want non-customers to use their bathroom, and if it hadn't been an absolute emergency for our kid, we wouldn't have asked. Any way, the owner immediately starts getting agitated and then says that they can't use the bathroom because he is tired of cleaning peoples Sh** off the walls. The language was absolutely uncalled for in front of my 5 and 6 year olds. After my wife came back, clearly distressed, my kids repeated what the owner had said to them. I went to have a chat with him. I walked in and he was talking on his cell phone, not giving me the time of day (not even knowing who I was at this moment). After 30-40 seconds, he ended the call. I started by asking his name, and he said "Who are you, the bathroom ladies husband?!" So I started to discuss the situation and how it was inappropriate to use that language in the particular situation. He instantly got agitated and stood up to direct me to the door. He did not apologize or seem to care at all about how he treated us. As we got in the car and left, he stood in the store window pointing at us and making a dumb face the entire time. Not sure what he was trying to prove, but he simply proved to me that he doesn't care about people, only money. The issue to consider before doing business here, is what type of service will you receive, and how will you be treated if you ever encounter an issue and need help with it. Do you think they will be going out of their way to help you? I would guess not. read more

My fiancé and I were looking to purchase a new mattress with limited mattress-shopping knowledge. Bruce was very helpful and personable, willing to answer all our questions and let us try out a variety of mattresses as he helped us determine our preferences. He wasn't too pushy, and gave us some time on our own to talk through our decision together. When he realized we were getting married soon, he told us about their promotion for 2 free memory foam pillows for engaged couples/newlyweds! They also offer free mattress delivery and will haul away and dump old mattresses/box springs for only $20. 2 Brothers Mattress was the first place we visited, and we were ready to shop around at other mattress stores, but we were both happy to find a good deal and great help at our first stop! read more

Wow!! We are SO impressed and happy! We were on a TIGHT budget and even tighter timeline and we had just left another mattress store that was terrible when we happened to see the delivery van for Mattress Department. We decided to give it a go and we were greeted right away and were lead to exactly the pricing we needed. Our salesman and delivery driver were able to get the mattress to us within about 30 minutes!! When we are able to upgrade we will DEFINITELY be back!! read more
