It started with a J! ...who patiently explained to me the different brands, quality of materials, all of it! She was not one of those salespeople that puts so much pressure on you that you just want to leave the store. She let me take my time. She was understanding of my firm budget. In addition, the store was beautiful and offered a range of price points. But I really just want to say thank you to that employee! I will be back with my husband soon to purchase $$ :)

We went in, got everything filled out, and the delivery scheduled only to receive a call an hour later from someone at the store saying it's going to take 10 days for the cashiers check to clear! Are you serious? A cashiers check is issued by your bank by immediately removing the money from your account. To say I am upset is an understatement. We should have been told on Sunday and today that it would take 10 days. Not go through the whole process and hand them the money and say you are good to go! Since when does it take 10 days? Take the cashiers check across the street, and the bank will hand you the cash!

Jeff, the sales rep, explained the difference in each of those that I tried. While testing out the mattresses, I was also testing out some of their pillows. I have never put my head on such a comfortable pillow. The brand is made for OMF. So besides buying a new mattress, I purchased two pillows. I took the pillows with me and the mattress was delivered the following week. The guys who brought in the mattress also removed my old one. They were in and out within 15 minutes. Every year for Christmas, my family sponsors a family in need. We always come here to look for fuzzy blankets, stuffed animals (they always carry GIANT unicorns, teddy bears, etc) personal care products, toys and hearty linens. We are always able to walk away with a variety of fun treasures to include as holiday gifts for our adopted family. The store is kept clean and as Debra pointed out, it appears to have been newly remodeled in 2019. From furniture to holiday decor, toys and cleaning products, you can about finding anything here at discount prices. I can't speak highly enough of their name brand bargains around the holidays, which allow us to go the extra mile in spoiling our adopted family. We always leave with a full cart!

Company forgot to ship the mattresses in agreed upon ship date and when given the chance to send them with expedited shipping or otherwise resolve the problem, they didn't seem to care and shared that "we can't guarantee delivery dates", ignoring that the mistake was on them as they forgot to ship it.
