The Semi Truck almost backed into my mailbox even though there were already two cars parked in the driveway and had to stay on the street. 2. Instead of taking the Mattress out of the box in the back of the truck, they pulled the box out of the truck and pulled the mattress out of the box on the street. Even though there was plastic on the mattress, the mattress should have never touched the street. They then rotated the mattress (on two sides of the mattress) on the street before they picked up the mattress. The street was also wet and the plastic is NOT waterproof. However, I personally would have rejected the mattress at the door as soon as it touched the street. The mattress was no longer new at that point. 3. Once in the door, the Truck Driver took off his shoes, but the other helper did not. Please keep in mind that the ground was wet and had tracked on the hardwood floors and the carpet going up the steps and did not take ownership of this. I called the store and reported this and stated that my wife and I need a mattress, but it won't be from them.

I went into the store in Aurora to purchase a mattress to be delivered to Florida. They told me…read morethis was not a problems. I placed my order but I asked before placing the order about the space underneath. I was told there was 13" underneath and shown a model in store. I was also shown a written document showing this was the clearance under the bed. I was very specific that I needed to be able to store under the bed and if I did not have this clearance I did not want it. I was assured several times of the clearance. When the frame arrived it had 7 inches of clearance. I immediately called and spoke to a different sales person who said she would look into it and get back to me. She did call the next day saying my sales person Angelo was out but they would get back to me. I have never heard another thing from them this was a total bait and switch to get me to make a purchase and the product I was told I was getting is not what was delivered.

He let us roam and was not following us around like in some stores. Somehow he was always there though to give us stock information and suggest similar pieces. He was very pleasant and knowledgable and followed up on my delivery. I furnished an entire condo from Brian and I would do it again in a heartbeat! He's great and no Im not related to him!!

I really had no idea what I wanted and was a little lost. There was an employee there - I think her name was Judith? Jules? It started with a J! ...who patiently explained to me the different brands, quality of materials, all of it! She was not one of those salespeople that puts so much pressure on you that you just want to leave the store. She let me take my time. She was understanding of my firm budget. In addition, the store was beautiful and offered a range of price points. But I really just want to say thank you to that employee! I will be back with my husband soon to purchase $$ :)
