When I came in the lady there gave me such a pleasant greeting that she already started to calm me a bit. We were trying to get information on a replacement mattress for an RV. She showed me mattresses in her discounted clearance wall. She removed it and put it on a frame for us to try. As we spoke she continued to get information from us. She would start to show products according to our needs. We placed the order and had mattress delivered in a few days. I've not tried the mattress yet, but I can't wait. We also purchased a pillow that my husband loves. The lady who we met, her name is Katherine. She is excellent and really knows mattresses!

I have to disclose that I am being bribed to do this, but that's ok because I am not above accepting bribes. Also, following sentiment is still genuine. I ordered a bed from this store, changed my mind 57 times, laid on all the beds for many days in a row, and changed my order another 35 times. In the end I ended up with a big fancy bed that I still haven't figured out where I want delivered (it's like weeks later it is just sitting at their warehouse). The store manager, is absolutely a joy to work with. He is infinitely patient and knowledgable about the products in store. I have been to all the mattress stores in town and so far this is my favorite. Glad they are here. Stop by if you need a bed! I'll get mine delivered soon.

We had a great experience with our first purchase when we visited the store twice, once to learn more and then a return visit to finalize our purchase. We had an unfinished whole attic that we turned into a guest suite and needed a couch that could fit up the stairs. Never having bought sectionals before, I was hesitant. The Lovesac format is so flexible, so comfortable, and reasonably stylish that it was a perfect fit for us. The store team was super helpful and helped us think through our purchase options both in size, cushion fill, and fabrics. Set up at home on delivery took a little bit but since the store reps showed us how the sections assembled, it was really pretty straight forward. Once installed we loved the product in it's place and think it is far superior to anything else we previewed before purchase. When we decided to turn a second floor bedroom into an office and needed another couch, we jumped in the car and headed right to Lovesac and inside of 30 minutes with Symon's help we had our second purchase pretty much finalized. He made some very helpful suggestions on fabric selections and also how to think about the space vis a vis the product options. One great suggestion we took was to do a storage ottoman which was perfect for storing extras like arm cover cup holders, a wooden insert to help the ottoman double as a side table, and other softer items we might want to tuck inside. I highly recommend the Lovesac product and the team there at Legacy Village.

As I was trying the seats another employee walked in and said "Who is that?!" As if I wasn't just a customer looking at chairs. They then started to say something about me and give me rude stares. As a black women I felt my whole experience was micro aggression at its finest. I feel like the employees need more training or to swallow their ego when they're around black people. He clearly explained the process and respected my price limits. He showed me a lot of options but left me alone occasionally to try out a few options alone. They had a sale going at the time, but even so, when all was said and done we came in slightly above my max price. I was firm on not doing financing, so he found another discount for me, and I got the mattress I wanted (which was way out of my price range based on sticker price) with delivery and a mattress pad, for exactly what I wanted to pay. It's possible I could have played hard ball and gotten it a little cheaper, but at this point, I just wanted a mattress. Delivery went smoothly, the driver gave me a call 20 minutes before they arrived, right at the beginning of the 3 hour window. They were polite and everything went off without a hitch! I love the mattress and don't think I'll be taking advantage of their return policy, but it's still nice to know it's available. I would recommend this place for sure, just know your limits and be able to walk away if you can't get what you want.

There are many businesses that sell sheds in the area, but Bennett's was the only one that would build on site with a metal roof for a reasonable price. I requested a custom 12' x 15' salt box shed with an oversized door and a few other upgrades. The upgrades didn't really cost much and I think they will be worth it. Wood was overpriced during the COVID-19 pandemic. Now that wood prices are returning to normal, shed prices are also returning to normal. I felt like it was a good time to buy. The employee who sold me the shed really knew her stuff. In addition to selling sheds, Bennett's also sells outdoor furniture and basketball hoops. They also have a toy store with an extensive selection of quality toys. They also have a dog boarding kennel and they offer pet grooming.
