I have just recently tried to turn in a Warranty Claim for a Simmons mattress, it was a very…read morefrustrating experience with no satisfaction. I bought the mattress about 18 months ago and today the support is so bad that sleeping on it is nearly impossible. For the warranty process you must take pictures which they look at to determine body swag and validity of the claim. Its a tough job alone, but in all fairness you can pay someone to come and take the pictures for you. I talked with both Mattress Firm and Simmons, I explained that pictures would not show the problem that I had with my mattress, and was told to turn in the claim form anyway. As expected it was rejected. No one will come and put a hand on the mattress to feel the problem. I bought this particular mattress because my son has one and loves it, he bought his a couple years before I bought mine and he doesn't have the swag issues that my bed does and by the way he is heavier than I. I understand the warranty however to assume you can see a defect in a product from a picture is not realistic. I think that a company who truly cares about the quality of the product and customer satisfaction would have at least made an effort to look at this problem beyond a desk chair and pictures. Further I do not think someone should have to pay anyone for anything related to a warranty claim. However in this case if someone would have offered to come and look at this mattress, not just take pictures, I might have agreed to pay something if they proved to me the mattress has normal wear.

My husband surprised me with a new mattress from this place. A substandard no-name piece of crap…read morethat cost more than a name-brand SET. I'm now the proud owner of an uncomfortable broken-down torture rack. Not only that, but it was supposed to come with a cover. The disinterested salesperson just told my husband, "we don't have any.". No offer to order one or anything. Also, he expressly told my husband it had a warranty. When I read the fine print, it did not. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone other than my worst enemies.
